9 months in Casuarina maximum security and a bit over a year at Wooroloo Prison Farm, shoot.

1. White collar crime
2. Chitloads - heaps of different bikie gangs mostly
3. Eat, train, repeat. Easier in minimum security because you have a normal gym with free weights and heaps more spare time with no lockdowns

Not that bad once you get a job, get in a routine and get in a good unit/pod. I was lucky, always had a good bunch of blokes around me given the circumstances

I was on remand for 9 months before I was sentenced, I was minimum security and transferred within 2 weeks once I was sentenced. You don't get security assessed until you have been sentenced here. My bail was revoked and I was remanded in custody because I kept getting more charges while on bail for my first batch
