The locker room does look kinda nice, but its not like I want to hang out in there. Just change and lock my **** up.

Fancy pool with slide and a decent view, too

Yeah Bustelo is a favorite of mine, and it’s priced right. I just drink it black, and make it with a hand-pour Melitta cone and paper filter. Just have to be careful to not use water that’s too hot. (190-195 degrees is good.)

My wife makes it using a stainless Bialetti stove-top pot.

Pilon bricks are good too.

Was hoping a few HBB's would show up for Gym New Year's. Didn't see too many the other night when I went. Hoping this will change tonight.

All ive really seen are just people who haven't been in forever.

I've seen very little in terms of resolutioners . . . but I go at 5 am, so that's always a limiting factor. There are a few noobs so far this week. Interestingly enough, a good number of them were HBB's.

Too much naked old men want to chat me up while they blow-dry their nut sack with one shriveled geezer-foot up on the vanity countertop.

Still dealing with the PTSD from that one.

Such is GF life.

BTW can anyone give me a ball park of what a shop should/would charge to change out factory sights on a shield to night sights? One place I called quotes me like $100+ lol

If $100+ is the going rate I'm just going to buy this sight pusher I saw one of you guys recommend.

My gym is small and the only bathroom requires going through the locker room. Fortunately have never seen any naked old guys. No naked people at all for that matter.

That's the one I have. Very solid tool. I've only seen shops charge around $20-25 to install night sights though.

Lmao. Any shop that wants to charge more than $20 or so is a joke. With a sight pusher it's a 5 minute job. We charge $0.00 to install sights if they are bought from us. On any gun.

Jelly I'm 5am too. If any new women show up at my gym for 5am session they are HBBs like "The Golden Girls". Not a female under 60 years old and 200 lbs in my normal morning sessions. Not a single new person this year either that I've noticed.

Just got results back for dog genetic test.

37.5% American Staffordshire (pit bull?....whatever)
12.5% German shepherd
12.5% Husky
37.5% "we don't know what the fuk he is, but thanks for paying for this stupid report" unknown - mountain dog or working dog . WTF is a mountain dog...might have to look that up. He's got mountain goat like agility when he's climbing all over $hit.

Guess the shelter adoption place was a little off on the lab / border collie mix.

Oh well, he's smart and obedient and protectecive of the kids / house. Hope the digging the yard up, eating weird stiff, and being a 75lb maniac end in a few months. Turns 1 end of the Jan.

I like this one because it's a block of aluminum and won't ruin your slide if you mess up. Steel pusher could.

You will definitely need a pusher for the shield. I beat on mine like a caveman and ruined about 10 brass punches before I gave up. Even put it in the freezer first to contract the steel. They must press them in with hydraulic ram. 5 min job with the right tool. I'd buy a pusher then you will have it. Will need to change them again eventually.
