THere's supposed to be news coming out....If it is good, it will beast, if it sucks, it will tank. Don't use TA around these types of events. It's like earnings for stocks.

I would also not use the 12h chart. I always use 30 min to 1 hour.

Guys, another coin like PRL is PBL. Similar names but they have different ideas and markets. PBL (Publica) is a good call if you want to make some quick gains over the next month. Especially now that it's down.
