Like January 1- May 1, miscer with most drastic positive body change before and after gets reps?

Could use this as a way to stay motivated, let 2018 be the year of misc aesthetics.

Edit for the smartasses of the misc; the best physical change that applies to bodybuilding I.e muscle gained/fat loss etc.

If you want, post updates, motivation, tips, routines etc for other miscers. When it comes to cutting we all know how hard it is so let’s try to stay as motivating and helpful as possible.
