LINDA is a meme that actually has potential. We joke about it as its literally named "after a beautiful woman that everyone loves" but the dev is actively working on it, it's a competitor to Verge technically. I would not be shocked if it pulled an Antshares and rebrands once they have a direction to head too.

I actually believe this coin has potential for huge gains, i threw some scheckles at it and i'm up already up 400%.

Unlike Ripple and XRP, Stellar and XLM are connected. One cannot use the Stellar network without XLM (lumens). So there will be increased demand/usage for XLM

Too much Hype and public hype for trx for it to fall. They’re announcing partnerships and when they do the price will soar.

It's all good, I've made profits from it since November and I didn't lose anything selling it all. I'd rather have my money in better coins and projects.

How likely do you think it would be to consistently swing trade a daily averageof 1% on a select coin? Because here is something that popped in my head on a conference call today...

So let's say you have 50 ETH @ $1100/ETH.
Set a 50% sell order at a 1% increase (leaving the other 50% in case moon and never looks back)
Then buy back in at original price or lower, rinse and repeat.
That would be $275 in that one trade, assuming the rinse and repeat continues of course.
If you could average that daily (so some days you do it multiple times, others nothing happens)
You're just shy of six figures right there...

There was no clear law for filing crypto taxes for 2017 and capital gains tax thru Fiat was the closest or most practical way to do.
Best way to calculate 2017 is cash in vs cash out. Whatever is the total investment vs your total portfolio amount. The difference should be the taxable income that's should be subjected to capital gains tax. As always, I'm not saying this is the legal way to do it for 2017 but since there is no exact law saying how, this is how I'm gonna do it.

Now for 2018, I'm still looking for an easier way to do it if I really have to tax every transaction. So far, CryptoTracking.info can provide coin to coin trading tax report. But it says its limited to 100 transaction or you have to pay for subs so I'm still looking. We got 1 yr to worry about that though.

As great as all these ETH killers sound this kid will find ways to improve ETH and improving an already existing giant is hard for the newcomers to compete with. That's the way I see it playing out.

With that said, investing in all these other projects will most likely produce nice gains and that's the only reason we crypto.
