i think Korea and Indonesia are the new japan this decade.making the most technological and economic gains in Asia now it seems. And their education system is top notch. japan falling off. check out the future city they building in korea.

If Germany and Japan won, it would be because they got nukes first.

They would not have held back and would have nuked up most of the world, and then spent lots of time killing anyone who doesnt fit what they want.

Many of the current discoveries not by non-white or Japanese people wouldnt exist.

And how long do you think it would take for Germany or Japan to decide that ONLY THEY should rule and have another nuclear war.

So that scenario would be super super bad. NOT even from the standpoint that most people reading this would never have been born.

I've always wanted to go there, mostly because of how many people say everything is nice and orderly in Japan. Sounds like somewhere I would fit in.


Too bad their power will continue to erode. In the short term at least. Japanese are putting in longer hours and the economy has been flat since the 90s.

Do some numbers and thinking; population, age groups, 9 months to pop a baby, # of females in age groups that can pop babies across a narrow band of age groups. They can't even fully accept or want to talk about their relatively small Chinese and Korean minorities that have been hanging around for decades.

Maybe they need their own indigenous built+controlled nukes and delivery systems. Then they can have more influence then they do today, even with a smaller population at whatever it stabilizes at in the future. There are always unexpected inventions or breakthroughs however.
