i think the same thing, then figured out even on days i dont gym i do things like....go skiing for 4 hours...

So I have a cyst in my wrist and yesterday after work I went and did back and tris. Well, dips are out and anything that demands pushing or contortion of the wrist. Apparently it's genetic and my sister got one a while back and haven't have surgery bc hers solidified. I need to go to the doctors soon to see if I'll need surgery too or if they can just aspirate it. But it's affecting some of my job duties... Like typing and moving my wrist at all. Thank God it's not on my right wrist. Ugh. I've called and there's still a couple weeks before I can get an appt. So, I'll deal I guess. Ha.

Tomorrow is my last day at this awful job. Am I a complete wuss if I'm kind of mad that no one seems to care that I'm leaving. BRB last time a guy left he got a party with invites. womp womp, but SRS F- like almost everybody here. Trying to do my best to hand off this project in a nice way.

Can you get in anywhere else?

I had a cyst in my back years ago. Went to family doctor. He sprayed it with some 'freezing spray' and then cut it open to drain it. Felt much better after that.

I had another in my neck that had to be cut out.

I had another in my neck that had to be cut out.
Mine was pretty chill. I got to work all Chrimmas week. Then got Christmas off. Then I went to a bachelorette party NY weekend and it was great. But the drive back wasn't. Fort Worth was not prepared for the ice that hit them on NY day. I was going 85mph until I hit the outskirts of the metro, then ICE like a mofo. 6 wrecks going on 820, but the second one must have happened right before I passed bc I saw my first violently dead body. Then I had an anxiety attack as I tried to get out of there. So I could get out of the city to park and calm down. THEEEEN as I'm going north and getting into Decatur, a car flys off the other side of the highway, flips over the median, lands on all four tires and drives across my lane in front of me over to the far side of my side of highway.... Thank God I was only going 30... I slowed down and pulled waaaay tf over and called 911 for the dude. But after I did that and saw all the other ppl that pulled over to help, I got back on the road and pulled off to the nearest gas station to get gas and chill for a few minutes. That was awful. Took me 8.5hrs to get home from Houston, when it only took me 5.5 to get there. It was something else. I'm pretty much over my trauma tho.

I've been dealing with the cyst for a while. Since I've been supplementing my parents' income and helping my sister with funds, it's been a bit of a strain on my bank acct, so I hadn't checked before now. I don't like many doctors around my neck of the woods, so I'm really wanting to wait on this dude.

Said it was from my straps, if I stop using the straps, it seems to go down

Yeah I got a pilonidal cyst and pushed through its flair ups for 6 years. Dumb move to ignore them as I ended up needing my entire left glute and tailbone removed from it, but I wont lie it was one of those issues no man wants to tell a doctor lol.

Basically it might calicify or it'll burrow its way deeper and into new areas. Cysts are basically the body confused and starts creating a sinus tract after the initial cause of it.
