Yeah it was pretty nice, I felt like I was able to focus more on school and my friends since I was using my time a bit more wisely (I was very addicted and would spend tons of time looking at porn just casually).

This is a little TMI:

I’m still in but only because I haven’t been eating much or sleeping or lifting so my test levels are fuked. The lack of sleep probably negates any benefit of No Fap. Feels bad man. Trying to fix my chit.

I got two full nights of sleep in a row and ate hella beef and I’m returning to the gym tonight. I haven’t been fapping but I’m going to count tomorrow as a new Day 1 because for me, personally, No Fap really only provides its benefit by increasing da thirst enough beyond baseline to motivate me.
