Here in the capital city of Texas I pay $1565 a month for a 3 bed 2 bath house, but it's a mortgage, not rent. I make $75k doing software consulting for a large soft drink manufacturer.

Itโ€™s not a matter of doubt, itโ€™s either youโ€™re making sht up it just wrong. You canโ€™t say someone is selling to C level individuals and making good money while simultaneously saying they have no drive.

Sounds to me like the problem is your entitled attitude making you angry at people that are achieving success because you somehow feel like you deserve it more despite not yet accomplishing anything.

My mortgage is about $2500 and that includes real estate taxes and homeowners ins. I work in IT for a financial company. Mentally it's a tough check to write every month but it's a nice house and the family likes it.

Pay $1500 month. I'm in sales made $89k last year, wife makes about $75k. We could probably buy a condo in South Florida and sell when we move but I don't want to deal with it.

Waiting to build a house. We want to relocate somewhere with a lower cost of living. Wife can work from home with her job and I'm in sales so just waiting to relocate with my company for a higher paying position.

Edit: That's for a big 1 bedroom/1bath apartment in Palm Beach (aka 1000 sf)

Fukking lmao at $1400/mo for rent. You can hardly get a poverty single bedroom apartment in a bad neighborhood for that in orange county.
$2000/mo with HOA and utils included. Condobrah in south orange county.
