So...an unrealistic, dumb woman bringing nothing to the table except poon and beauty? Guy should've just called her a dumbass and left.

This guy (and many other guys) needs to have higher standards. Career and personality should matter and she has none of it.

It's sad as phuk and these type of women will never be happy.

Pretty much this. Give her another 10 years of being used by chads and then loneliness.

Depends what you want. If you want a woman like the one in this video who clearly wants a “bad boy”, then ye. She even said “my mother would like you” or something like that.

Nu male chit aside, dude seems to have good husband-like qualities, guaranteed he’ll find a woman that values it. That woman will end up with a dude that gets her pregnant and fcuks off, single mother in the waiting.

So Ye you can change yourself to be more of a brooding bad boy, you’ll attract more women for sex. But you’ll be passed over by higher quality women.

I don't disagree. The problem is his likelihood of finding a decent, wife material girl with no kids, no divorce and no double figure partners at his age is extremely diminished in the UK. There's a reason he's had to resort to a TV show to find somebody.

cookie there's no need for that snark on HM. His lack of experience speaks for itself and he knows it deep inside. If anything he's simply overcompensating, you and I both know that and it doesn't garner snark.

He'll take it back internally when he meets a girl that makes his world turn upside down and she's actually holding his hand while it does.

Look at her eyes... totally the type of girl that says "i want 1,2,3 a-b-c" with a side of coke and only wants the c"h"oke. She'd bed this guy in 5mins and pay for the uber ride too, but cat in the date would do that and more and doesnt "feel the spark".

but on the real, he's probly a few accessories away and just show much less interest and that woulda gotten her chasing more. He served her too much up front which is why he could not build a pushing-off frame that woulda helped. He can honestly do much better than her as well which is pretty epic when you think about the fact that she totally exposed herself and how bad she's gonna fare

Yes I agree he was kind, but she probably wasn't attracted to him.

You don't always need to talk to someone for a long time to realise they're not for you, sometimes 1 date is plenty.

Of course I agree. Anyone with an account older than 6 months knows HM is talking out of his arse and he knows it when he looks in the mirror. Maybe he won't admit it here or to himself but he knows it. No need to bring him down further by berating him.

I've had spark my fair share of times and 3 girls have accommodated it. I've been with girls who were great GF material but it wasn't there and I felt like I could have done without them just fine in spite of my admiration for them as decent people.

Dating someone you feel compelled to pursue is a world of difference from dating someone who has qualities you find admirable from an objective POV.

You just have to put yourself in a position where you can be admirable once the overwhelming urge to be with you has dissipated. Those are my failings as well as some of my exes.

Nothing worse than someone who you HAD to be with when you met them but six months later all they do is tick you off.

He handled it correctly, usually when I get rejected I just say it was nice meeting you, and leave and she's definitely above a 5 and nothing wrong with her not liking him. Like who cares too many girls in the world to be upset over one chick you just met

The whole butterfly thing I think is more just how sensitive and new the whole experience is to people

Having butterflies or jitters was common when I was in my teens and shy but does not exist anymore the older and more experienced you get, so these people who hold off forever are just playing themselves because they haven’t been trying enough to learn what makes a good partner and will jump only based on a feel that they harbored since youth and never acted on......get out there and try people and treat it like a job almost so you know what you want in life and can act on it properly when that person presents themselves

She wanted something "nothing less" than what she had with her ex which is the problem there. You can't compare relationships to one another. When you're with a new person it's just different. You may find similarities in the types of people you date but each person is different.

Don't really see too much wrong here though.

At this point I think you've said more than me about him, just in a more passive way instead of choosing to say it directly to him like I did.

I'm not sure what I said was so much worse than saying he's overcompensating and talking out his arse etc.

Anyway i'll drop it there, I think the point against hm has been made clear enough by the both of us

I could argue that being desensitised to dating isn't entirely a good thing, and debatably you become more jaded which is objectively a bad thing.

Basically I'm saying if anyone goes on a date and the date goes well and there are no glaring hang-ups, a 2nd date shouldn't be out of the question cuz no spark. Keeping in mind all that is being discussed is whether or not a 2nd date would be out of the question, not really committing to the other person much longer than that.

and you're not going to elaborate on that?
There have been girls very objectively hot.

Some even flat out told me let's have sex.

But I had as much attraction for them as my sister. If you instantly feel like my sister I'm done.

I'll look for an example hold on.

None of that is true.
