-I have to buy more weight plates for my home gym now, getting stronger.
-Still alive after driving home from my parents house yesterday.
So this is what it was like in my hometown where my parents live 2 hours away:



And that was in the day time. When I drove home on the main highway (401) it was dark, started snowing heavily and the road was like the last picture, totally covered and there were some times when everyone was slowed down to going 40km, passed a couple cars and one transport in the ditch.

Had to change a headlight in 0 degree weather and i got the annoying spring and everything in one shot before my hands froze so im happy about that.

Gonna get chitty drunk with some good friends tonight

Had a great workout even though i almost didnt go because my back was sore.

Set a weighted pull up PR today at 325 lbs das it mane.

Finished learning the hardest piece of music ive ever attempted before the new year and im gonna make a video tomorrow.

Regardless of what you do, you can never get happiness by chasing money. That always ends badly for you. I will share the same advice that my father gave me.

“Always do the right things, for the right reasons, with the right people and the money will take care of itself.”

So far, he has been right and it has been 5 years. I have lost $10,000 only to shortly there after make $100,000 that I would have missed if I had been chasing the $10,000. I have also lost $100,000 that I really couldn’t afford to lose just to make a client happy only to be rewarded with a $2M follow on contract extension. If you chase money, you will make decisions that are short sighted and ultimately cost you more money.

I'm worth between 160 and 200 million dollars, depending on factors such as the current RE market and prices of stock. I could easily be disingenuous and say money doesn't matter and I never focus on it, but I remember when I was poor like you plebeians, and it mattered back then, just as it does now.

295x10 bench today after refeed.

Squatted 365 for sets again today after not being able to squat for a while since i hurt my lower back. Not my peak but my back felt no stress during the sets so its a good sign.

Overall had a good day and found some new music im really liking.

-Have gotten a little more portly than I would prefer but my strength gains have shot up. Bench and OHP has went up 10lbs.
-Didn’t get a gym membership for an anniversary gift like I was originally going to but got some more weight plates and I needed them. No use getting a membership when I can just get a day pass for 7 bucks if I really want to go, I like working out at home more anyways, would just be nice to have all of the equipment available.
