It's going back up, whether that takes a day or a couple months (like that is any time at all, the crypto market is so impatient).

If you can't wait a while and would rather pull out at a 50% loss, then I'd guess you invested more than you were ready to lose. Just lol in 2 weeks when all of your alts inevitably get back to where they were a week ago, and you realize you threw your money away because 2 weeks was too long to wait.
Yeah that's okay to say if you can drop 10-20k like in crypto like its $20. But to me and a lot of other people its a lot of money (hard earned money) and when you sign in to your crypto account and see your money 1/2 its value and dropping fast you can understand people's panic.

I just hate that idea on principle, the weak handed fuks pulling out every night. But I'd be an idiot not to recognize an obvious trend. All the weak hands panicking. If you believe in the technology then you shouldn't trip. Look at the ETH chart, there's levels much lower that haven't been tested. In effect, they're psych levels. Where people bought before they buy again although those levels of congestion will trigger an emotional response. Let the chart reveal the picture.

I see a lot of brahs asking about TA and to be honest its more than drawing lines and looking at flashing candles. You need to learn the psychology behind the charts or else you're just looking at a single dimension of the market. I also highly recommend understanding tape reading/level 2. No there's no magical guide that will teach you. Experience trumps all and trust me I've paid my fair share of market tuition over the years.

I'm no expert and I clearly don't post much but this is just a note to my brahs to keep calm and control your emotions. That's the number one skill to master as you're trading against emotionless machines. This forum has helped me in many ways (aside from killing time at work haha!) so just want to drop a reminder to keep calm. We're all gonna make it boyos!

This is why there's insane money to be made in crypto. People freak out and sell out. Crypto ALWAYS goes up and it ALWAYS goes down. People acting like this dip is anything new.

Its over guys.

I'm not a fear monger, but Asia is literally going to ban the trading of crypto and the crypto market is nothing without rich Chinese and Korean computer geeks pumping their money into it.

That's the cold hard reality. There is just too much uncertainty to be involved in this right now imo. Time to count your loses.

I may buy back in at a later date when all the dust clears, but until then I'm out (in terms of investing). I'd rather put my money on a football game, at least then its more predictable.

That is incorrect thinking.... you lost 15k plus by not playing it smart. So you can cope and say you lost only 300 overall but in reality there is 15k worth of real money you lost on the market rn.

inb4 you save for retirement and the market crashes and you say 'welp, i only lost 10k of my retirement.... the 500k of gains i made then lost dont count ' derp derp

I agree to a point. My feelings are that the money is already half gone. If I get a 20 or 50% loss then what?? I might as well hold and at least maintain my position.
It goes back to the saying of not playing with what you can't lose. Yes it would upset me if it's lost completely but I will be okay. The wife and I won't change our lifestyles or lose our home.

I wanted to go in heavy but I was honest with myself about what I could afford to lose if it went wrong for us all.

guys, to prevent any losses would just changing your alts to USDT be the move? Then when everything seems stable again, buy alts at the new low?

Guys come on. When I first started crypto, ether was 250. When it jumped I felt great, and then it dropped to 300, I panicked, and dropped it all.

Biggest mistake ever.

hodl, seriously, this is ether world breaking tech or not. If it is then the fluctuations shouldn't matter, it will get better.

Buying more TRX and XLM tomorrow morning. All or nothing in this bich.

If those 2 coins fail miserably, hopefully i can fall back on my Eth and LTC for break-even in the months to come. LTC cucking me hard the past week though.

I think we all need to buy some BTC and hold it. The market's success depends on BTC's success. As much as I want Ethereum to take over BTC, I don't think that would help the market... what do you guys think?

These dips just show us which are the stronger coins.

ETH, VEN, WTC, ICX (to an extent) are still up heavily from last week.

I'd except XLM to be doing better.

APPC and most of KuckCoin are in the complete chit, but to be fair, KuckCoin has dipped THHHHHAT much as everything has been dipping for a week on there.

Edit - completely changing my strategy, a little over extended in chit coins right now, PRL DBC for example. Was up 4x in DBC a week ago, need to start taking profits and dump them in to quality coins.
