It's absolute piss to think people are actually selling at a loss to fiat than trading between coins right now especially with btc pairs, sure the usd value is getting cucked for every coin, but in terms of sats you can literally double your btc stack during times like this if you are brave enough, been trying to do this during the day and managed to pick up some BTC sats although my usd value has dropped a bit that will pick up soon though, will continue to do so until later tonight and get out to buy the dip again and chill it out

Using BTC values, there is no mid-January trend of dropping for the past 4 years that is worth panicking aside from one in 2015?
There was no massive drop between Dec of previous year to January of next year for the past 4 years. These are the average closing values in those months:
Dec - Jan Values:
2013/12 - 800
2014/01 - 844

2014/12 - 341
2015/01 - 248
- Dropped for $92 - I guess this is the only big drop based on % being 27% of Dec value.

2015/12 - 424
2016/01 - 410
- Its a $14 drop. 3% drop is not something to be worried about.

2016/12 - 828
2017/01 - 915

2017/12 - 15294
2018/01 - 14996
- So far dropped for $298 which is 1.9% of last month's closing average which is nothing.

The graph shows evidence of having an almost level value for the past years. Most of the huge changes happened last year so there is not trend before 2017 for us to warn you.

What? This is exactly why it works on high volatility stuff. Because in a few moment, it could be up again and you're positive again.
If a coin doesn't recover, you will lose both ways whether you hold or sell at a lost.

For the big few coins, they always go up looking at previous months bear season.

Cryptopia is doing the same, might even be a network problem, or else just another **** exchange. Looks like some are turning up after hours, days or in some cases not even weeks.

I withdrew 100 billion PRL earlier from cryptopia, now waiting "patiently" for that to show up anywhere.

Yeah you guys have a ton more confidence in this stuff then I do, and are way more optimistic about it. I only started with like 1k like a year ago though....so....worst case I lose that. Wish I would have taken max gainz a long time ago though. I'm holding no matter what at this point. Hope you all are right.

wondering if a full recovery upswing is even possible if we lose asian money, the FUD alone is gonna scare away normie money for awhile.

The normies are already out, just wait until newspapers go all out on this. So far I've only seen one "Did anyone tell you to buy Bitcoin? Well, don't" article in a major newspaper. I also started getting "I told you so" texts from friends & family which is annoying as fuk.
