TA is self-fulfilling, therefore it's the strongest and most accurate in its simplest form: price action, support/resistance, trend lines, etc.

If you can, pull up volume analysis to find the Point of Control (POC) on bitcoin. I don't think we've seen the highs on cryptocurrencies yet but bitcoin in the $6k-$10k range sounds more plausible in the near future. You should be wary of governments attempts to regulate them as they're on the hunt for taxes worldwide. That's pretty bearish fundamentally.

sorry, didn't mean to get all douchey calling you out (or i guess your friend), but i just can't help but laugh when i see charts like that

i know a lot of guys in here are interested in TA and haven't done the research yet, so i just wanted to emphasize that mastering the basics is going to serve them a hundred times better than trying to find some magical fortune-telling combination of indicators

Haha yea man. I'm gonna end up beating a dead horse on this but TA is only as good as your ability to move with it.
