philly crew checkin' in. Go for a gyro mane, those are pretty good and I think they're greek. You watching the game at home or going to xfinity?

Happy friday boyos. Just got some sweet and sour news a few minutes ago, so I know downer feels BB. Not to rehash but its like 50 Cent said, Joy wouldn't feel so good if it wasn't for pain, roller coasters etc. Keep your head up my dude, we all gon' make it.

This weekend will be a busy one. I need to get work done on the house (electrical and paint), get peppered for next week's work (for the 9-5 job), Tailgating for the eagles game sunday, going out with my girl satuday, also need to start buying parts to fix up the front end of the car...too much mane.

Also, I still need to try an old fashioned (was recommended it in one of the whiskey threads), so I'm gonna try and get the boyses to make a stop in center city before we tailgate. If I can convince em, I'll throw that one down for you BB. Stay safe boyos and try and have some fun!

Man, this makes me feel terrible. I always expect to be doing something cool on Friday by these weekly "What are you up to?" threads but alas, it's the same. Oh well, next Friday will be here before I know it.

Going to the post office later today to ship something, then heading home and will probably put something on Netflix/eventually taking a nap for the rest of the day.

I too procrastinate, and don't organize my time very well, but I think it's because I know i'm a successful scrambler...I thrive in chaos. But I need to start grabbing the bull by the horns and leading from the get go. I hope you can shake that flu and get well soon brah.
What kind of changes dude, care to elaborate?

I feel like every year gets busier, but for the most part I think it's because everything gets backed up from the previous year. It would be great to really grind for a year or even six months so you wouldn't feel this constant backlog of outstanding things to address. You and me both regarding scrambling. But it's because I've had so few repercussions in the long term from scrambling that it's become ingrained. I often wonder what i could pull off, should I not have to scramble.

Thanks man. I'm rarely ill so when it comes I feel like I've lost a part of me.

what kind of target stand? I have one that I "made" cheap...basically bought a 4" long section of 4x4 wood from home depot, and a stake that it fits into. hammer that down into the ground, drilled a hole in it for a steel plate target to mount. lemme dig up some pics. Can recommend you to the miscer who made the steel target for me, I think he's still producing them or will if you put in the request. See below for pic

My condolences about the dog, dude. I'm sure the new one will feel at home in no time at all. I managed to finally sell my guitar stuff last year, it had been collecting dust at my mum's place back in England for 3 years. Was it a bitch to sell your old house? What's the market like there?

I started earning a lot more money, but it's cooled off due to the time of year. Just in time for when my student loan company will request proof of income and I can go a full year without paying a dime again.

Pfft...The housing market around me is Red hot at the moment. I sold my house for 10k over asking, and that was pretty much the norm for my area...10-15k over asking. They say it's cooling down now, but it was extremely easy for us to sell. You're in mountaineering, right?

I had to comment on this, my wife and I are in the same boat. BUT you are doing better than me, alot of days maybe 1/3 of my calories come from alcohol and that's not a healthy way to cut, I know.
BTW a home gym can be a blast to set up, I loved doing mine and that's my sole place to work out now. Good luck!

In on Friday thrad after missing last week. Long week, will probably have to do a little work sat/sun. Took a lovely spill on the slopes and sliced myself with a Ski and smacked my nose. No skiing this weekend. lol

A little sore, but ok. At first I thought I did and had a few seconds when I got home where I went "do I need to go to the ER..." Then realized it was on a big welt anyway and it was much more superficial than it looked. Cleaned it up and it wasn't deep at all and wasn't even really bleeding. So I took my bitch pants off and proceeded to bandage up. Chitty part is I have about a 2" slice in the long johns, and a slice in my pants I can fit my hand through. Time for some gorilla tape.

In, or into? "In" implies it's my profession - Which it unfortunately is not. I'm merelyintoit. If you couldn't tell by my post, I'm actually an English teacher lol.

Glad you made a tidy profit!
