If you'd been on a steady consistent cut, you wouldve been on your way to sub-20% bf by now. But all you do with this recomp is spin your wheels.

so... everyone has to do a cut then bulk? look, when you can just do some goddamn cardio before eating anything during the day, then you will simply burn off your fat for the day. dont eat like **** during the day and it doesnt come back on, and you can easily gain some mass when you are at my level. it is just a misconception that i am not getting anything done.

you wont recomp naturally at your weight. You either cut the fat so your body is primed to gain mass properly or you stay fat. There is no recomp in your current state, none that will matter anyways. Your almost 300 lbs dude, youll never be remotely lean at that weight and youre literally spinning your tires. Youre not a bodybuilder, you are just a fat dude who likes to lift weights. Ive tried giving you advice before and you obviously wont use it so im just calling it for what it is. Youll be in the same exact boat you are right now 5 years from now except youll probably also have diabetes and some serious heart issues. Do what you want but dont act like you're actually doing anything worthwhile because youre just wasting your fukking time.

This is bioscience at it's finest. You can do all your fasted cardio, any caloric surplus will just negate all that
and you can easily gain some mass when you are at my level. it is just a misconception that i am not getting anything done.

Sorry Andy. But from all my research on recomposition. It stops happening once you're no longer a beginnerno matter how obese you are. You've been recomping for at least two years now, unless you're willing to admit that you've been training 2 weeks on 6 months off, you're not a "beginner" and therefore cannot actually change your body composition at any significant rate while eating at maintenance.

So I'll try to say this as nicely as I can:

STOP BEING A LAZY **** AND ACTUALLY CUT

Commit to a cut properly. At a certain point on the natty train you don't really get anywhere quickly by trying to gain and lose at the same time. It's why they make you focus on specificity in program design when training to be a PT.
i am making a list for organization purposes:

1. if i cut, then i will have no stored bodyfat to use as my caloric excess anymore. i am not going to burn up all this valuable fat just to need to buy more food when im ripped. i can build muscle on my current fat levels
2. hence why i just choose to build muscle while losing fat. everyone says it doesnt work that great, but i got better results than expected already. i acredit it to an actual understanding of nutrition, using cardio to burn the fat instead of eating less, and just doing ****ing Doggcrapp training. it is a ****ing powerful routine.

none of this matters when you are too trigger happy that you react before asking questions. how do you not ask for my plan instead of giving quick tips and snapping later after? i am well aware i cannot recomp to a lean 310, that should make all of us laugh. i am just going to do it like this until it provides too much of slow gains, and i should have been leaner by then. then i will probably do a fat loss phase after a brief maintenance.

And what makes you believe you are building muscle while losing fat?

Have you gotten DEXA scans?

Regardless, a recomp at 300+ lbs is not effective at all. Also point #1 makes no sense. I literally cannot understand what you are trying to get at here. If you are 315 right now, you can easilly cut down to 235-245, and do a lean bulk while slowly bumping calories as you gain weight, or attempt a recomp at 235 where you'll most likely be at a much lower bf% primed for **** like this.

The fasted cardio in the morning means jack **** if you're still in a surplus at the end of the day by the way. You may be losing fat, but you probably aren't gaining muscle either. Fat gains will far outweigh muscle gain at such a high BF%. Your hormone profile is at it's worst stage right now as Deadhead pointed out.

Why the hell do you constantly care what people here think of you. You make even more threads than the most attention seeking female miscers, you constantly delude yourself that you are gonna be the next Arnold, when in reality you are just fat, you never listen to the advice here and think you are always right...your body shows no results, and yet you are still this deluded.

Shut up and lose some fuking weight.

Remind me to NEVER read your threads again if I'm not 100% sober. Because you sound like my neighbor right now. And she's a crazy potted plants lady that once wrote this note to stick to her front door:

You are now officially more crazy than that. Think on it.

Dude. Broscience getting out of hand here.

Also I've went from a 32 in jeans to now having it not fit around my waist anymore without a tight ass belt. I am easilly able to wear a 28-29 now since June. You losing a pant size being that high in BF% where fat loss should happen on a much bigger scale really attests to how lazy/ineffective you are at cutting.

Again, say your calories is at 0 to start off the day. You do fasted cardio, and are at -300 calories. Your maintenance is at 3,500 calories. You end up eating 4,000 calories. You're still in a surplus at the end of the day. Still gaining fat regardless.

Your hormone profile is at it's worst stage right now as Deadhead pointed out.
because... my pants are falling off my ass when i walk now... i cut my waistline... when i look in the mirror i see a huge mother****er (you can just look at my pictures from 2013-2015, yes i have been here a while)

it doesn't matter if its not most effective, i have to live through the consequences of being a pothead fat **** gaining 170 pounds in 8 years.

You just need to cut first because in the same time period you will have more mass and be leaner than if you just sit there eating like chit and not actually putting in the actual work . Youre just procrastinating and wasting time. You can say whatever you want but it doesnt change anything. Aside from actually gaining muscle, why the fukk would you want to actually stay that big? Its terrible for your health, youre not remotely athletic, and its definitely not helping you in any other area of life. Its just a poor lifestyle choice. Cut your calories, clean up your diet, and bust ass in the gym. The only reason you arent cutting is because you dont have the discipline. Thats all it comes down to, you can say what you want but nobody likes being fat, its fukking disgusting. I know, ive been fat, and it was fukking terrible. Stop making excuses and change your life.
