Had a really bad case of Osgood-Schlatter from ages 12-16. Basically a extremely painful and sensitive bump that develops below your knee during a growth spurt or repeated athletic movements over time for adolescents.

During those years it was painful to walk on and particularly to play sports with. That was all manageable, but any impact to the bump was excruciating. I remember one time in particular when I was 13 that a buddy of mine kicked me under a table in class and happened to hit my knee. The pain was so intense that I remember my vision flickering and I completely crumpled in my chair.

Packing up an entire household by myself and moving with a fully torn rotator cuff and no pain meds beyond Motrin. Oh and the first night after the rotator cuff repair surgery was absolutely hellish pain.

I was in braces for 8 years and had tons of oral surgery. I have yet to find anything comparable to the pulsating pain that endures during and after mouth surgery. It is really hard to numb gum tissue so any work done (especially in the roof of the mouth) is just brutal. Having to sit through the pain of a dentist screwing a fake tooth into your upper jaw ... fuuuuuk.

Something else that i found to be just as bad if not worse was professional teeth whitening. You sit down in a chair and they apply some compound to your teeth and a UV light. This basically bleaches the tooth and dries it out completely. They do like 4-5 passes. The first two passes aren't a big deal. Then all of a sudden you start feeling what they call "zingers". Little momentary shots of pain bouncing around from tooth to tooth. The pain is very similar to what you feel when you suck cold water across your teeth. I don't know if i'm a weird case or what ... but when i got to the 3rd pass ... all of my teeth were constantly pulsating that pain. I remember the lady administering the procedure coming back to ask if i was ready for the 4th pass. However, she saw i had this murderous rage look on my face and asked if i was okay. I had to tell her to turn it off before i snap and start breaking chit. Never again.

I've also had brain freezes when eating ice cream or drinking a smoothie that have literally lasted up to 5 minutes, made me want to vomit, and had me in the fetal position on the floor in pain.

My mom gets severe migraines. I drove her to the emergency room once and she was literally balled up on the floor board in the passenger seat mumbling and crying.

I accidentally broke my wifes toes one time when we were rearranging furniture. She looked pained by it. Ex-wife mind you.

And yup when I was hospitalized with pancreatitis, I was getting morphine every hour. Normally I'd ask for that just because I enjoyed it, but that time I definitely needed it.

lol wut? they gave you Novocaine tho im sure... I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth impacted, no anesthetic, just Novocaine. didnt hurt at all after it kicked in, just weird hearing/feeling the saw and seeing blood and everything.

on that note tho, worse pain ive ever had was before that Novocaine kicked in... My dentist sucked.

Ulcerative ****tis, it was from exposure to Cupric sulphate in our manufacturing process.
I would double over in pain when the pain/cramping sensation would start, and would last a minute or so.
Felt like getting kicked in the boys, srs. Imagine that feeling a few times an hour.

I have a partially torn rotator cuff.

I've experienced a few of the things listed ITT.

Find it odd that the worst pain I've felt was gas in my stomach from drinking way too much milk.

You would think something like that wouldn't rank so high.

Next morning after I got kicked in by a pair of 200+ lbs dudes on cement while drunk.
When I woke up and the drugs wore off right after having 25 staples down my stomach.

Recovering from surgery after appendicitis. It didn't hurt too bad when I was just laying there, but having your abdomen cut open and stuff ripped out, any movement of my abs hurt like fuk.

Also broke my arm while arm wrestling back in 2009, after I had surgery (1 plate and 13 screws), that hurt quite a bit.

So, I've learned that recovery from surgery generally hurts more than the actual injury. But that's just me.

Full lockup taser hit in the academy. Worst pain ever but it immediately stopped when the cycle stopped. All those people on cops you see crying and moaning for 15 minutes after being taser are full of it. Pain stops as soon as the cycle stops

I stepped off a ledge onto a rock i didnt see. The rock made my foot roll and I put my full weight on that foot causing my ankle ligament to snap. I had rolled my ankle before from skateboarding but this time was way worse. I instantly started sweating and felt like I was going to throw up. It was like a lightning bolt of pain shot straight into my head.

Besides the health related procedure I had.

Getting my finger stuck in a hand blender. Lucky I didn't lose the finger.

There wasn't really pain then (more shock) but the aftermath - healing, and peeling the bandages from raw skin every other day - just excruciating.

I was on a flight to Russia, we began descending. I start feeling pain in the back of my neck connecting to my head. The lower we got the pain intensified. The pain was in the back of neck and head and moved to my face. It felt as though my head was about to literally explode from the inside out. I wanted to scream out in pain soo bad, and cry, but I didn't because I was an airplane full of people. Also happened last time I went to Africa although it wasn't as bad as my Russian trip. That pain was more painful than when I fell of a tree and slashed the right side of my abdomen open with a nail that was sticking out the tree, or the time I fell and slide head first into a big Rock that I literally felt go through my skull.

I've dislocated my shoulder before had to put it back in. No health insurance lol healed up fine I was sore for weeks. However the most pain I was ever in was eating a bad potato. I kid you not the pain krept along and at first just felt like slight discomfort. Then it just kept growing in intensity until my entire abdomen was in pain. It was a constant sharp and dull pain that lasted for hours. I couldn't get comfortable no matter how I positioned myself there was just no relief. I swear I thought I had an alien in my stomach and was going to give birth to a Xenomorph. Had to give me some painkillers to make it manageable.

Changed my whole outlook on food. I hate wasting food but now If something even slightly looks off that chits going in the trash.

Some of you guys been in some serious pain. Luckily, the most physical pain I have been through was a broken ankle.

Playing indoor soccer I was running towards a long ball. I didn't see an opposing player was going for the ball as well. He tried to bring the ball down with his thigh but ended up kneeing me in the stomach and I was KOd. That chit hurt I couldn't move or breathe. Felt like I got punched by a heavyweight boxer.

Guess mines along the same vein OP, painful gut bloating and cramps, absolutely 11/10 on the pain scale;

C.Diff infection and c0litis, colon swelled and constantly shed, was lying on the floor hunched in between stints of chitting pure blood on the toilet

Hospital sent me home in pain with "a virus", did my own research seen I prob had c.diff, went back in there and told them whats up and they finally got onto it with the right antibiotics after a few tests

All this from taking 2 courses of antiobiotcs in a row for a tooth infection

I'm telling you that stomach pain from eating bad stuff is so extreme, I was in bed crying and whimpering.

I've experienced plenty of painful things but nothing close to making me cry.
