Odds of surviving with even the best combination are fairly slim. I'd personally take the rats and the bears. 10K rats at their peak fighting skill working as a team are unstoppable by any of the others. Bears are for sheer power.

Crocs and the Human.

I'd get in the middle of a lake surrounded by the crocs with the guy with the gun near me. Most of the animals wont come in the water and when they do the crocs will get them. The human will shoot the rest.

Rats seem like a good option but would just get trampled. One gorilla, rushing, can trample hundreds of rats easy.

So, lake+crocodiles+gorillas is my vote, if there's an island.

If not, bears and gorillas, biggest, baddest. Eagles are scary but I'd rather fight off a 10-20lb eagle than a 1300lb bear. The hunter looks like he has limited ammo and bolt action rifle, and that wouldn't take down 8 large animals. If he's a good shot, it'd take out one, or two, not more.

Anyone saying hunter is literally retarded that's one of if not the worst choice.

With that said I don't see anything that's even remotely close to being able to win... maybe with pick 3 on your side.

I would attempt with Lions and Bears

But if you're just a person trying to be defended 50 hawks is going to **** you up for the air grabbing you picking at your skin plucking out your eyes so they're a very effective attacker force but fairly useless on defense.

They're not but they'll chew out eyes/chew off dicks etc

Thinking about it the rats may not be the worst defense force 10,000 is a lot and if they focus on disabling attackers it may have some merit. The hawks will mess you up bad though. Really nothing stops the hawks, 50 coming in hot will kill a person pretty quickly.

Really thinking about this you can't survive with hawks on attack you have to have them on defense so then you need to pick the selection that pairs with hawks on defense, may as well go full disable route and zerg swarm with hawks and rats that focus on blinding and disabling attackers.

Google tells me each eagle has a lifting capacity of 4+ pounds. I'm going to die anyway, but how many people can say they've ridden a magic carpet made of eagles? I'll take the hunter, but I really just want the gun.

Hop on board my eagle carpet and pick off the large predators, ignoring the rats. Once the large predators have been dispatched, have my eagle army place me in a tree. Have them herd the rats, and take them out as they see fit.

I like my chances.

ten thousand plague rats would annihilate anything in it's path, i'd pick the eagles because they are strong and can scout the area for enemies while removing the only threat that the mouses couldn't handle.

Yeah I feel like the sheer numbers of the rats and eagles is the only choice. I mean I almost said 4 bears and 5 gorilla, but you'd be plucked to bones by a few thousand rats and bunch of eagles easily.

This, it's the only way you'll have any chance. The question is actually a better one of these "pick" type threads because it does make you think. Most people would just to the largest predators first w/o thinking about the hawks or rats but once you play out a few scenarios in your mind rats+hawks is literally the only chance. You have to pick hawks because hawks would kill you with any combo of land animals defending you so you have to pick hawks on defense. Then you'll want to pick whatever compliments them the best. And with 50 hawks distracting playing defense you would definitely want to go with the rats and hope the sheer numbers game on your side and the combination of those two animals to disable the attackers by going after weak points (eyes, genitals, etc) would be enough.

Sure a lot would but they can easily climb up on the larger animals and bite start chewing on them. Rats have pretty mean bites we're not talking about mice here we're talking about big ass sewer rats.




Check out about 1:00 in that video, now think about this your average mouse is like half an once, a rat can be 8 ounces so we're talking 20-30x the size of the mice in that video.

Crocodiles + Eagles

I camp on a small island in a lake. Crocs chill in the water, Eagles flay above me.

-If the Hunter has infinite ammo, send the Eagles after him to take him out as fast as possible, if no just wait and have a couple of eagles shot.
-Crocs try to take out anything that tries to swim at me, rats and bears are the best swimmers the oponent has
-Eagles swoop in on whoever swarms past the Crocs, hopefully a lot of now disorganized rats
-If any of the bear or buffal makes it through the lake, I will grab them personally and suplex'em back into the water
