No offense, but it is extremely annoying that you deleted both of your threads on a similar topic so far. They had several pages and many insightful posts, both for you and others who might be interested in the topic, and you basically deleted them for no reason.

If you don't look like you lift then u don't lift = you're in DYEL mode.
Doesnt matter if u can bench 500 lbs but look like u don't lift then u obv don't lift..

Genetics. Some people look amazing with 15 lb of muscle gains and others still are DYEL
