Do you even lift: How is this determined?

Is it determined by strength, size, aesthetics or all three?

At what point are you no longer DYEL?

No offense, but it is extremely annoying that you deleted both of your threads on a similar topic so far. They had several pages and many insightful posts, both for you and others who might be interested in the topic, and you basically deleted them for no reason.

I got what I wanted from them. They are no longer needed. I've already made an exercise routine and a nutrition plan based on the advice I've received on those threads.

if you can get 2 of the above then you lift imo , but no offense, but it is extremely annoying that you deleted both of your threads on a similar topic so far. Not sure if srs. You do know that such threads, and the posts inside, actually benefit many people who are browsing the forum? So why delete them?

I'm annoyed because I posted in both of them, and wanted to get back to them later and they were deleted.

Maybe next time just PM those members you consider knowledgeable, or something.

You'll probably delete this one, too.

Genetics. Some people look amazing with 15 lb of muscle gains and others still are DYEL

There are a lot of factors such as the size of your frame, bones, insertions, muscle shape etc

Are you autistic? The people commenting insightful posts on your threads surely aren't doing it just for you. Doesn't matter if it can help other people, as long as your needs are fulfilled right? *******.

How come you haven't posted in the VW emissions testing post yet bro?

OP, hi just wanted to say no offense, but it is extremely annoying that you deleted both of your threads on a similar topic so far. They had several pages and many insightful posts, both for you and others who might be interested in the topic, and you basically deleted them for no reason.
