Here's a pro tip for you fukking idiots that think the cop did anything wrong here. You can't cite someone for a crime that they are refusing to stop committing. Most businesses and public transit have posted rules, and if you break those rules you will be asked to leave. Refuse to leave and you are now committing thecrimeof trespassing. Cop tells you to leave, a lawful order given in the course of his or her duties as a public officer, and you still refuse, you are now obstructing/resisting a public officer, anothercrime. This may blow your mind, but people often get arrested for committing crimes in plain view of law enforcement, and when they refuse to stop committing that crime.

This is also exhibit A on why the USA isn't actually a police state like idiot kids like the girl in the video seem to think it is. Can you imagine someone trying this chit on some cops in the Soviet Union, or North Korea? You think it would have been handled by their cops like this?
too bad these dumb fukers ITT wont even read your post cause, for them, it has too many words and it's actually well founded

anyone against the cop in this situation is a complete retard and should be banished from life

the cop asked the girl to remove her feet from the seat. She should have done it, she was wrong and she was warned. I know there are many corrupt cops and what more, but where is the education and respect for the authorities nowadays? They are no longer taken seriously

the worst part is to see that her parents are probably in her favor. No wonder why she is so retarded

Being "a complete bish" is not an option for an officer. You either get civilians to comply with the law, or you do not.

What a dirty stupid bitch. I hope the judge laughs at her and she has to pay a tonne of legal fees. The audacity to even attempt suing over this, just lol. The cop did nothing wrong, and these days everyone thinks they can dispute every single request from authorities because they saw some 2 inch d*ck latte drinking liberal on youtube citing technicalities to try antagonize cops. Don't get me wrong, if the cop was doing something wrong I would be all over that as well.

Public transport, just lol. Always filled with degenerates - sadly though some people have to take it.

I'm fuking sick of people putting their shoes on seats. Anyone who does this should be summarily executed extrajudicially. I ride the train all the time, and there are always these fuking disgusting subhuman *******s putting their shoes up. Your shoe is by far the most disgusting thing you have, up there with your unwashed chithole. Do NOT put your muddy, dirty, nasty having been on the ground at the gas station toilet shoes up on the seat, you disgusting, degenerate kunts. And yes, if you don't follow the rules, then you are no longer welcome on the train. If you stay on, you are committing a crime, and the officer has the right to arrest you.

MTA CEO's comment below. Should have supported the officer instead of this. Now the rider is suing and dum**** L.A. is probably just gonna throw $$$ at her.

The chief executive of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority on Wednesday said he was "extremely disappointed" by a Los Angeles Police Department sergeant's treatment of a young woman who was pulled from a subway train and detained because she refused to take her foot off a seat.

"Our riders deserve better," Phil Washington said in a statement. "We want the Metro system to be a safe environment for everyone. I expect more from our law enforcement partners."

Well then! One less thing for cops to have to worry about. Let them do what ever they want on public transport.

Please read this post if you skipped it earlier. Thank you.

Anyone who has trouble with the LEO's actions (in this case) has never ridden disgusting, dirty, vile public transportation before. The reason they have the "no feet on the seat" rule is because gross motherfckers like the idiot in the video who put their nasty feet over everything and now people can't sit down.

I still can't believe how some of these snow flakes cannot understand how LEOs work.

It's already bad enough seeing snowflakes put their feet up on seats in public transport - disrespectful to say the least - and just lol at snowflakes feeling persecuted when the harsh arm of the law tells them to comply with something they would have known if their parents did their f'n job correctly.

That is my opinion. Nothing I say will convince you to sway yours. I simply think it is petty and very minor in comparison to things that might have a real affect on others.

What did he accomplish other than padding his ****gy ego for a few mins? She didn't learn chit, gonno sue the city for mills and attention whore on social media. He had his career fuked and caused my tax money to go to that dumbass bish.

You and that cop need to use your head more, not just fly off the handle cause your dik isn't big enough and you get rustled by a child on the train.

I'm all for making a stand if it mattered at all, but trying to make a point in this situation is a 100% autist move. It teaches no lesson, serves no greater good or outcome. It's purely emotional response based on getting rustled by a dumbass kunt for some petty bullchit.

So how many times should you look away? Which laws should one enforce?

If I was a law enforcement officer I would stand idly by as people spray painted and or burned the buses down...ANYTHING goes on those buses from here on out.

You throw me under the bus (pun intended) then you will get to suffer decline in ridership due to the condition of your buses and crime levels.

Dude please don't act dumb you're better than that. That slipperly slope bullchit is for retarded SJWs please don't bring it into this conversation. There are always some gray areas in life, but some dumb kunt putting her legs up is as minor offense as it gets. Most cops know it's petty and would have walked away, this was just one small dikked ******* who had to make a scene with a stupid hoodrat who was trying to start chit. She got exactly what she wanted.

When the robots take over, we'll deal with the issue. What we're talking about here is what happened in the OP, and my opinion happens to be both the cop and the kunt were being *******s.

You realize giving a fuk is his entire job right? That's why he is a cop. He isn't there to make a stand, he's there to do his fukking job. Somebody has to enforce it, that's the whole point of having cops.
