Over the next 10 mins, the rest of the class showed up 1 by 1 and started taking seats.
Guess who's table was the last to fill up...
One of the attractive women walked by my table and chose to sit with some overweight dude instead.
Such is life.
I chose not to read into it too much or conclude anything from it, but I'd be lying if I said it didn't get me thinking.

The other week this cute chick walked by me, looked at me and gave me a big smile. My knee jerk reaction is always to look like people annoy me. I saw the smile on her face quickly drop... Keep kicking myself afterwards, its an ingrained FA reaction.

One of the reasons I'm mgtow is because even in the scenario where I found a great chick, the ultimate end will be North Carolina and the better the chick is, the more painful that will be.

Brahs, I'm starting to lose it.
-Still can't sleep. I have Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday completely off, and on those nights, I usually just stay up until I pass out and then wake up when fukkin ever.
-Can't do math. I was trying to do some high school level algebra in a study group the other day, and just repeatedly messed up simple moving X's around. One of the dudes non-jokingly asked if I was drunk (I don't drink). Had to copy 90% of the work cause I just couldn't hack it, and it wasn't a hard assignment.
-I had a research meeting with a professor. I keep all my research work on my laptop, and I forgot to bring the laptop. So I got a bunch of **** about "preparing more efficiently for meeting times".
-I had a lab class last afternoon, and went all the way there without my pre-lab homework. Had to bike ~30 mins back and forth again to get it, missed a good chunk of lab, had to finish it up on my own time later. I would have never even thought of it if a dude didn't try to bum answers off me - thanks, answer-bumming brah.
-And just tonight, I was working next to some guy I didn't know in a lab. We got talking, and when it was time to go, I pulled dat dere Carnegie strategy. "What's your name?" "Justin." "Well, it's good to meet you, Justin."
30 seconds later, I totally fukkin blank, turn around, and say "wait, did you say your name was Blake?"
Dude gives me a bertstare. "Justin..."
Now all that **** isn't individually a big deal, but everything I've mentioned has literally happened in the last 4 days, so it's starting to become a real problem.
I honestly don't know what's causing this. I've been trying to eat less, but my actual diet of foods I eat hasn't changed. Stress levels are the lowest they've been in 4 years. Obviously I'm not sleeping well, but I'll sleep for 10-12 hours in one of those all-nighter crash sessions so I don't think I'm deprived. Don't feel sick. It's just this constant head fog that won't go away.
Ranger brah, I know you're a fan of getting bloodwork done. I got thinking today, is this something that might be found thru blood work?

@otaku congrats on the job brah, I know it's not ideal but slow money is better than no money

It's also a good way to see if your cortisol levels are fcked up from something. If your sleep is not actually restful, your cortisol levels could be sky high.
In this case though, I think I agree with Iamdetermined. I think you're compounding what normal everyday stresses are and then making it worse by stressing about it. Take your thing where you forgot your lab work and had to bike back and forth to get it and then finish up on your own time. Normal thing to happen (forget something) but you probably max stressed it and then it made the whole situation worse. I notice I tend to do this as well. My mother raised me to a be a coward. Luckily my father did the opposite but I still sometimes have that "Fuuuuuuuck" attitude towards stresses in life and it only makes the situation worse. Through all my military, medical, government and private sector training I've gotten to the point where I can ignore when **** is going bad and I see that is ALWAYS helps the situation. Medicine is the perfect example. The second you start to stress something that's going bad, it gets worse and then worse again and then worse again. You have to stay on top of it and just take a deep breath and relax.

You can't simply will positivity out of thin air, ESPECIALLY in the face of having received plenty of knock backs. In fact, the more knock backs you receive, the less likely you are to be positive about future efforts in that area.

I got white girl wasted last night and have legit spotty memories. Apparently I went on a red pill tangent last night about dealing with flakes, understanding hypergamy, 80/20 rule, and and etc. Deleted it, but it was seen by like 30 people I know. Granted none of the girls on my snapchat list are interested, but they definitely probably arent now. Whew boy.
Thanks @IamDetermined. Apparently I'm supposed to get my old job back as well so that was good news.
Also the ex hit me up after 30 days. Sent a meme. I responded in a civil manner, and told her I was going to bed. Women 100% do not like men the way men like women. Its so wild how they just instantly drop any feelings. They are the kings of no contact for sure.

And yes, women and men have different kinds of love, because our reproductive/mating incentives are different. The kind of love you want is not what they give.

And I dont block anyone. I feel its passive aggressive as hell. If I come across people that have wronged me I keep it cordial and refuse to allow the disrespect to happen again. I have no intentions of pursuing her ever again.

In a shocking turn of events I received a text last night from a former creative-writing class mate, asking me how i'd been and what I was up to n' all that jazz.
She's cute and friendly, but I'm dubious as to whether she has any romantic interest in me... regardless, I think i'm gonna ask her if she'd like to take up dancing classes and be my dance partner.

My guess is that she wants friendship, which i'm totally fine with cos she's quite pleasant and lord knows I could do with some friends, and I figure a female friend could provide a good segway into dance classes.
But yea i'll arrange or coffee or something first to see what's up.

Ain't no such thing as friends between male and female boyo. Through text, see how the humor goes and if she is receptive, I would opt for the drinks. Make sure its in public though. She'll have her guard up more if you suggest your house. As long as you are using it mainly for banter, text is a good way to plant the seed as you have time to think and execute good game. Also delay texts to start getting into her head.
If she agrees to meet, ask her where SHE is taking you. Something like "great, so where are you taking me??
". Anything but a yes I will take you out (from her) should be followed up with you accusing her of being cheap lol. Then just keep the banter going; you are traditional and this is the way it should be, how you will beat her up if she doesn't, meet you at the monkey bars, etc. Be silly, none of this boring "what have you been up to" BS.
This may also help to gauge her intentions. Given you are flirting, if she doesn't have romantic interest, she may say something like "we are just meeting as friends right". In which case you are okay with either based on your reply to me. If she only wants friends then without acting desperate, see if she has any single friends (when you meet). Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
