Guess I'm about to get my angus peppered in these upcoming few weeks. Don't think I'm gonna be doing another run of PSMF - been listening to Kimm4's coaching to a T atm and followed the diet plan closely. It's in her hands now lulz. According to math calculations though losing 4-5 lbs would allow me to drop from 10-11% to 7%, which is in line with what time I have left b4 the show - but fat loss is never equal so I'd probably end up having to lose a bit more (like 10 lbs?)
Time to work my ass off and try to get there anyway. If not there's always that second show 7 weeks after
whatever the case is gonna hit that big number 7 before I bulk up again. Wonder if I can maintain 9-12% BF while bulking up..fukin excited

Deadhead styling on us, ayyyyyy
Gonna start cutting in mid-late february. Can't way to get down to 10% again.
Also don't post non-natty pics, when you ask people to judge your bf% . Angel, lightning and filters make it a lot harder than necessary to make an educated guess.

do anybody elses obliques stick out A LOT unless sub 10%bf with almost 0 fat there? Even if my back was bigger, i still wouldn't have that V taper.Looks ok when posed from the side, but front looks bad, worse when i flex abs. Looks like a V but with a bump in the lower section.

Some really good aesthetics in here folks, from Kim to the guys.
I have one question for anyone who went from being rather skinny to packing on some muscle - I'm at about 85kg (183 cm tall) now and I think I could easily lose about 8-9kg of fat. I'd estimate I'm around 22% body fat or so.
I'm not saying I look good with my shirt off - I've put on some muscle but if I cut downnowand reach about 75kg I don't think I have enough muscle to pull off the lean look without looking rather twiggy. I haven't put on much size in the last year of lifting, but definitely got a lot stronger.
What I'm basically asking is - should I be doing that serious aesthetic push after I've built up a solid base of muscle that I'm comfortable with? Until now I've been eating fairly well, lifting a lot, just added in some cardio. But a long way to go still - trying to get the journey done right.
Keep up the work folks and the inspirational photos too.

I'm going with that second option. I started out skinnyfat and did a series of bulk/cuts/bulk/cuts and it probably wasn't optimal but it let me shed fat and build muscle slowly. Had I went full on bulker these past 2 years I may be obese by now. If I had cut for the past 2 years I'd probably be dead. Just nudge the weight slowly and over time the body composition's gonna look a lot better.
At 22% BF though I think you could cut down to 14% with minimal muscle loss, bulk to 16-17 then do a minicut again to 13, then repeat this time bulking to 16%, etc.
