Whole ensemble does not look too clean brah, no hate. Buy a shirt with the correct circumference neck, button it up, cinch the tie up and tie it better. Also a little wrinkling on the tie. That tie looks about 1" thicker than most "skinny" ties right now.
Edit: Also buy a shirt that is meant to be worn with a tie. That shirt's collar is not good for a tie. You should have buttons on the collar.
