I don't really care about the race stuff but most superhero movies are pretty chitty. I thought this was common knowledge. They're just big budget action flicks dude. I think that's why people are assuming there is some SJW chit going on since it's getting 100% positive reviews.

I agree that there are a lot of racists on misc and in the world, but SJW culture is the other side of that coin. The truth is usually somewhere in the middle not on the extreme fringes. Obviously we don't know till we see it, but 100% positive reviews reeks of skewed opinion. Not sure why you can't see this point of view.

I just assume the movie is chit based on the constant praise it got before even coming out. Every time that happens, when they roll out the hype train so early, its because the movie is terrible. Deadpool was the same.

Regardless of how good it is there is no way its going to be worthy of 100%. To put things in perspective. "Get Out" is ranked on RT as the top movie of 2017 with a score of 99%... Its a B level comedy/horror flick at best. And it was easily the worst movie I saw in theaters in 2017.


Make a cheesy movie about young athletic black males being kidnapped and enslaved via mind-control by a bunch of old rich white folk and it gets top movie of the year? WTF is that nonsense.

Not to mention the only reviewers who have seen the movie so far have either (1) been on Disney's payroll, (2) trying to get onto Disney's payroll, or (3) are simply scared of facing reviewer death by Disney excommunication. Who is "celebrating" anything? We're discussing how one review received backlash for its opinion. I wish this was a non story, but obviously this is an issue where someone is being singled out for not toeing the line.

And the fact that this a problem with society at large is the point. You're actually agreeing with everyone else ITT. The movie is being used as a vehicle to promote an agenda. I'm sure the actors and everyone involved just wanted make a good movie. But the racial politics in the U.S. are turning this into a race issue. If it wasn't then nobody would give a fukc about 1 negative review.

See I just have to keep going back to saying that this isn't even out and you guys are all freaking the fuk out. There are only 80 reviews so far. There will be more negative ones. Reacting the way some people have been to the positive feedback is actually a wild thing to see. I don't get it. It's like you want a film to fail before even knowing if it's good or not. And then the only argument you fall back on is that it's ultra lib/PC pandering.

And for the record I never saw the new Ghosterbusters bc I always thought it looked terrible.

My problem with it is the hype surrounding it, that its such a polarizing topic where you're a racist or you're a sjw *******. I hate the media and the chit it promotes. Let me start off by saying I'm not a trumptard and there are conservative echo chambers in the media like fox. But similarly there are plenty of ultra SJW echo chambers like MSNBC. The media as a whole does have a liberal tint. If you don't think this is an accurate assessment I got some bad news for you boyo: you are biased yourself.

Use your brain for critical thinking and look at the facts to come to a logical conclusion. Why would a superhero movie with EIGHTY fukin reviews have a 100% rating? Is it possible that it's that good? I suppose there is always a possibility since we haven't seen it. Is it probable though? Hell no dude.

The truth is you just want to judge me and call me a racist and it kind of sucks man, specially cause I'm definitely far from a cringy reddet right winger like many people on misc. I've presented a clearly logical case here, if you can't see it I suggest you take a look in the mirror and assess your own bias.
