If OP truly has little experience with women, he should try out Tinder. Tinder is what it is, not designed to form relationships, but he can use it to guage where he's at and what type of women will give him a shot based off of minimal information; looks and short conversations. Play the numbers game, hit on 100 women, those who return the message, take them out, practice your dialgoue and try to determine what works and what doesn't work on the short term. Experience failure, try again, experience more failiure, then experience some success. Take each dialogue as a learning lesson on what to say and what not to say, what women are looking for and what they're not looking for.

Be resourceful, gain experience, hit the gym, better yourself, advance your knowledge on everything, better advance your career and social dynamics. Before long, you will have acquired 100x the knowledge you had on female sociodynamics than having sat alone and scared, or merely calling out a misc female or two. You need to develop experience and be able to have no fear of rejection. You need to cointually improve yourself before you can expect someone interested in you who you may think you have no chance with.
