This. I wasn't sure, but the earlier thread that was linked is pretty clear trolling, and at a level where the trolling could easily have extended into PM's.

Silencespeaks is an admitted INTJ. However over the past couple of months, especially on Leo's thread, she's lonelier and more thirsty for attention. Now a 32 year old Chad is showing her some love, she waits 6 pages to respond and throws him her pittance of measly reps.

Just think if she played along from page 1, laughed about it it, flirted a little, said she was flattered, how much street cred she would have gotten here. 95% of the Misc are chads and Stacy Slayers. She might have actually found someone near her. (You gotta find them somewhere)

Not going to say it's wrong but kind of a shallow viewpoint. You can meet someone attractive AF and have nothing in common, and them no emotional connection with you.

I used to have a thing for goth girls. I LOVED them, when goth existed in all it's goth glory. Then I met a prep and realized I connected with her more than I ever did with any of these spooky scary chicas.

if you want jocks, someone athletic, and in great physical shape, that's fine, but they might not connect with you outside of the sex.

Not to harp about my past fetishes or experiences...

Point is, looks are a shell. If they got on though, then it is definitely gravy. Duh. But damn you could be missing out on something special!

This. Only girl ive ever really fell for was not really that great looking, like a 6-6.5/10, worse looking than pretty much every girl ive been with. initially i didnt even really view her as an option but i got to know her and we clicked and then you start to see people from a different angle and see their attractive qualities. Familiarity breeds attraction and theres more to attraction in general than appearance. The way someone conducts themselves can be attractive or their general mannerisms or their outlook on life. Those small things are what end up making it or breaking it. If youre somewhat attracted to someone give them a shot and see where it goes. Not saying you gotta marry them.but if youre sitting around waiting online for an 8/10 chad and not even giving regular people a chance youre going to be left waiting.
