He's the same dude that said I should be squatting 405 for reps based on my avi when I posted a squat form check a while back.

Anyway, I guarantee 90-95% that he is frauding his lifts. I would be happy for him to prove otherwise with vids, they would make me eat my words but my gut tells me we won't see any.

Edit: o lawd I see the climb down has already started further up the thread, there is still a way to go.

You tryna be the next amino89 op (but with zero aesthetics)
Yea I called dude out tryna start a rep pool.. after my post he backed up a little and say this was awhile back was wrong on when he did it this and that.. I didn't feel comfortable pushing it further because I beleive even the lifts he said he could do now were BS, embarrassing dudes who feel the need to lie on the internet.. the second hand cringe is too much. But seems you put the nail in the coffin lmao

all my lifts have been performed ive already covered this numerous times. my physique still looks pretty bad even at the time i did, so the thread still applies. to the guy that said i backtracked, i still did the lifts just not within the 3 weeks i did, so everything applies. the belt thing is my opinion and the guy in that that thread had a squat max of 275 and used a belt which blew my mind. worldclass had like a 300 squat when he had his front picture and that blew my mind because i could outsquat him easily. so just hopefully you pseudo funny people stop and get back on track here

187.5kg is 412.5 lbs

177.5kg is 390.5 lbs.

75kg is 165lbs

90kg is 198lbs.

92.5kg is 203.5lbs
no i dont think is right. because the 20 plates are 20.4. so the conversions are more than that. the 70 kg one is right though

Do you not see the hilarious irony ITT?

>You post a thread about DYEL status
>You have stats in your signature that are impressive

>People ask "do you even lift" regarding the numbers in your signature
>You are somehow confused why they are asking for videos? Yet you made the thread about looking DYEL

Thread is a self-fulfilling prophecy lol.

Naw, the point is that the liftsare impressiveconsidering your physique.

*sigh*

Nevermind.

Once you start packing on muscle, combined with your current strength level it sounds like you'll be making great progress. Good luck.

just to educate, a belt just gives your abs something hard to contract against, increases intra-abdominal pressure and helps you keep tight. It isn't a magical tool that artificially increases your lifts to new heights. It facilitates bracing and allows you to brace to your full potential rather than artificially increasing how hard you brace. A belt is just simply a choice, it literally doesn't matter when you start to use one, use one when you feel like it or when you want to. There's no magical arbitrary numbers you need to hit before you have a rite of passage of using one. It's a complete myth that it weakens your abs. Your bracing technique should be the same with and without one.

lol @ it increasing lifts by 20-30 KG. by that logic I should be able to bench 315, lmfao. That or the placebo and psychological benefit is strong, which would make sense for somebody who clearly doesn't understand what a belt is, when to use it and what its function is.

edit: well, at least your legs aren't dyel, you should be able to see a good sweep once you drop some pounds. just seems like you genetically hold a lot of fat around your midsection but the same rules apply as regards to dropping weight to see more abs.

now see here you deliberately used the lift that has the least utility with a belt. what i said in that thread is you shouldnt use it unless you compete. it does artifically increase. take the belt off, you fold over with the same weight. to me its just ego lifting, when you can just train to the same weights with time. if i started using a belt, id be able to hit 5 plates this year, o f course id have to look even worse but the principle applies.and yes hopefully i retain a sweep lol

you weren't specific on which lift you just threw random and arbitrary numbers out there without any sort of support, just like you started spouting random numbers about when you should and shouldn't use a belt. It's ego lifting when you're using it deadlift 4 plates but somehow it isn't when you're deadlifting 5-6 plates, your argument literally makes no sense. I said it allows you fully brace to your fullest capabilities.

https://www.strongerbyscience.com/the-belt-bible/

Literally says that powerlifters and bodybuilders SHOULD probably train with a belt because it allows you to move more weight for the same number of reps, allowing you to incur less fatigue if you choose to use the same amount of weight beltless which would also allow more VOLUME. Something which many people have mentioned that you need. Not saying you should train with a belt all the time but that it is a FACT that it is a useful tool and nobody should be knocked for it.

It's like the whole using straps argument which is FUKING stupid. Why would you allow your grip to get in the way of your glutes/hamstrings/back getting a better workout and presumably better development due to higher intensity/more reps/less fatigue? You use what you have at your disposal. Or using oly shoes to help you achieve better squat depth. Where DO you draw the line?

In a sense YOU are the one that is lifting with your ego because:

1: YOU'RE the one that's constantly comparing your own lifts to other people (as evidenced in your posts to WorldClassDBag and Wowter)

2: You lift without a belt (which is fine as mentioned) but for the wrong reasons and misconceptions. You seem adopt this holier than thou attitude and think of it as a badge of honor and some sort of weird arbitrary cosmic justice in which people who lift with one are ego lifters and you're not. Literally makes no sense, it is just simply a tool used which can aid you through workouts, especially on heavy compound movements. Not sure why you would be so close-minded to something which only helps for the most part.

But I digress I guess

Just saying in general, you might need to change your overall outlook and holier than thou attitude if you wish to make some actual changes. One of them being stop comparing yourself to other people like WorldClassDBag who is a manlet (sorry WorldClass no hate) and is going to look like he lifts with perhaps (IDK) a lesser LBM. Not everybody who lifts a certain weight is going to look a certain way it's called genetics and different training protocols. Not only that he was probably doing something right that you weren't. And another being keeping more of an open mind.

I said it allows you fully brace to your fullest capabilities.

And another being keeping more of an open mind.
well yeah i see. maybe i dont really trust myself to use a belt, but the volume thing is true. you can just do core isos or other accessories to make up
