The average human built a house that you live in.

The average human can have an intelligent discussion with you over the internet

You're trying to twist my words into making me defend without providing and support for your side, you do not know how debates work do you? You debate like a liberal

The average human leaves more behindthan the average dog. offspring who could end up being the next great human, contributed to society with a job and funded the economy more than a dog. They have nothing to do with the average dog either. Society could be where we are today without the existence of dogs. The best dog has left nothing behind. I could not name one famous dog off the top of my head.

"the average human has more value to society than the average dog"

I suppose our definitions of societal contributions don't align. Yours are... a house... an intelligent conversation over the internet. And a power facility that leaves the planet worse off than before it got there... I don't really value any of the above as societal contributions

Strong cope.

The average human leaves nothing significant behind. Dogs leave nothing significant behind. Only the top1% keep our society moving forward.

Give me an example of the 1% who move the world forward and I'll explain how they couldn't do it without average people. I feel you're smarter than this.

Lets say I invented the automobile. I can either choose 100 average humans or 100 average dogs to help me build it.

Maybe. You've yet to explain why dogs are more important than humans. All you've said is neither contributes anything to society, only 1% of humans do.

No, you're right. I've spent the last 30 or so minutes debating with a guy whether an average dog or an average human is more important to society. I am dumb.

That's how I sniff out the insecure and basic sloots on tinder. Not that they would swipe on me anyways.

"I'll most likely love my dog more than you"

"I swiped right for your dog"

"You'll have to compete with my dog"

You know what? Maybe they just want to have sex with animals.

Have you owned a dog? Im guessing those that think its blasphemy have never owned pets.

I will admit, on the surface someone saying theyd save the dog over humans sounds a bit weird. But i dont think it is. You could also similarly frame those saying humans over animals sociopathic, as dogs are just another lifeform. If human life goes away other lifeforms will continue to exist. Then you realize what silly mental games humans play.

To say that dogs dont contribute to society is shortsighted

First of all, we evolved with dogs. In exchange for food and shelter they gave us protection. Theyve prob saved many a home and many lives by being the warning system, attacking, or even helping people. I guess you could look at it as first aid in that capacity.

My dog checks to make sure im ok if anybody so as even steps in my direction.

Then you got the morale they provide homes. Whos to say that sally's productivity at work wouldnt be worse if she didnt have a good friend at home. Theres lots of little indirect things here that i dont think should be disaknowledged in regard to what dogs provide and may directly or indirectly affect society. Good chance we wouldnt have evolved with dogs if they werent beneficial

I think many people realize and admit that a dogs loyalty, protection, etc. Are greater than the avg. Human

I have an 9 year old dog at home and I have kids. I would have no qualms with putting my dog down if it meant saving a complete strangers life - perhaps it may be a loved one of yours (father, mother, girlfriend/spouse). I know you don't have kids so I didn't mention a child.
