School Shooter Reported to FBI Months ago

So he apparently commented on some youtube video that he was going to "become a professional school shooter"

"No other information was included in the comment which would indicate a particular time, location or the true identity of the person who posted the comment," the FBI said in a subsequent statement.

How is it possible they couldn't track him down? If they can hack my webcam and watch me JO how can they not trace that back somehow?

What could they have done in reality tho, I dont' think he can be put in jail for commenting such online? If he had bought the gun before the report, FBI probably wouldn't do chit. They can't monitor him 24/7.

I was involved in a court case against a **** (I was a 3rd party technical consultant) and after they subpoenad the records from google, they had a 5 year history of the guys searches... i knew they kept some but i was surprised at how deep they saved history

exactly, I remember even 10-15 years ago on xbox live I would get death threats daily because I'm a gay "nagger".
