lol @ the thread title change. Quite appropriate.

I am torn on whether I should be spending my 5 each day to rep the people with common sense, or neg the dreamers who think guns are the real problem here.

Kid probably bought the guns to protect himself from the government coming to his front door to kill him, but then a girl broke his heart.
Last year I spent more money on spilled liquor in bars than 99% of miscers make in a year.

Illegal drugs are in prison, school, church, home, car, but somehow I think gun control would be effective.

Liberals are seriously ****ing retarded.

The problem is much deeper. Properly raising a child would be a start. Might sound tinfoil, but the deterioration of family seems to be a bigger culprit than people seem to think.

I'm from the UK, and quite honestly I cannot see how anyone can think that banning guns is simply the answer to this. In a country where guns are so deeply embedded, do you really think that simply banning them will just stop their use?

Liberalism, and the like is the real reason behind this to me. At the point whereby the school was warned not to let him onsite with a backpack; that is the point whereby the state should have been able to intervene, lock him up in a juve centre, and perhaps begin some counselling in the next few years.

I say it time after time and it applies to the UK as well; how many times is it going to be a case of seeing the warning signs, but then not acting on them. As soon as someone poses any danger they should be locked up, as soon as there is concrete proof that they are a threat to anyone they should be locked up. It's not difficult, but it's not the liberal answer....

Boys are taught with Disney brainwashing and parents and teachers that they are "special" with a unique gift to give the world that no one else has and to think how the world is one way and then go to experience the world is actually very different and they get angry that the world isn't the way they thought it was. They were lied to their whole lives. They will never find their nice princess or become a hero that lives a life with meaning and never have importance in this world. Men are expendable. Some develope mental illness and take that anger out on innocent people.

Do you think the increase of mass shooting in recent years has to do with the almost glorification of these shootings done by the media? You have these psycho’s who are nothing in life see people similar to them turn instantly famous and get there face seen around the world.

Yes. Why not? He didn't do anything however he was clearly a threat, wasn't he? He wasn't allowed near the school with a backpack. Why? Because he had sandwiches in? No, because he was a threat.

This could have been avoided but it wasn't.

Every single attack in this country, was by somebody who had been either previously investigated, or at least watched. Yet hundreds have lost their lives because nobody acted quickly enough.

He wasn't allowed on the campus with a backpack, let that sink in. Obviously sounds like a perfectly normal thing... He should have been locked up.

Refresh your memory on that. It was outrageous what the Clinton administration did there. Outrageous. That was not even 25 years ago. Not a single government employee was held culpable and most of them got raises and promotions. Career federal bureaucrats care more about their patrons (politicians) and their pay, than their fellow citizens. It was proven there. No cooler heads stepped forward to de-escalate the situation. No cooler heads thought that it would be easier to apprehend the leader of the Branch Davidians while he was out and about around town. They wanted a PR coup. They arrived with newsmen and armed to the teeth. They conducted a military style assault for no reason other to show off their shiny new toys. A whole lot of women and children died there for no good reason. If people like that don't scare you, they should.

Janet Reno and Bill Clinton eventually brought in tanks and burned them all alive after a lengthy siege.

Reality. There it is.

But hey, our government has nothing but the purest of intentions and our goodwill at heart in everything they do at all times and always will into perpetuity so it's okay to give them an absolute force monopoly

Allowing all faculty/teachers/staff/lawful carriers to be armed would greatly increase the possibility of a shooter being stopped sooner rather than later. When is that going to be made reality??

In most cases you shouldnt even need to use your gun anyways. If someone is breaking into your house and all they have is a knife and they see you standing there with a gun they wont be sticking around. I do think more gun owners should be going to a range more often though. Learn how to use it. Not the smartest idea to wait till you need your gun to use your gun.
