Also lol at losing a fight to an alcoholic. I used to work at a hospital and we would get a lot of alcoholics. Even the big ones were never intimidating. They would get loud and talk a lot of shiet but as soon as someone stepped up to them and got loud back they'd soften up.

Drunks are so uncoordinated, sloppy, and malnourished I wouldn't worry about getting into a fight with one. If you were a regular pussy boy who didn't lift I could see how they would look like trouble though.

Just be as vague as possible. "Sorry dude I'm busy. I gotta do something. I can't something came up." I don't see how hard that could be. He can't make you do anything. Definitely tell him no, op. But I know the types. I deal with them at work all the time. Unless you're trolling, watch yourself. The dude obviously has some mental problems. All joking aside, do not trust these people. Tell him no. Guage his reaction. If it's angry, unsettling, basically anything other than understanding, be extra cautious and watch your back. The fact that he would continue to bang on your door, call constantly, not take a hint, etc... besides just seeing you as his "bitch", he sees you as his. You were his source to getting his fix. They don't like that being taken away. Mental illness is a huge issue and more people have this than you'd think. Add a substance dependence to it and it's even worse. If **** continues after this, arm yourself. Be aware of your surroundings, check your door before coming home, call the cops/look into a restraining order. Unfortunately if you can't get the situation under control yourself, and don't want to contact the police, you're either going to need to move or just keep giving him rides.

Best of luck. Or he could just be a simple mooch.

I'm about to fukin snap. I'm sitting here drinking water and reading, waiting for this excedrin to kick in and my hangover to go away.

Phone starts ringing. It's fukin 9:30 am on a saturday. I'm about to fukin snap. You can only push and poke and push someone so far before they break and fukin lose it. I try to stay calm and decent with everyone. Even the annoying green peace people that had the nerve to walk into my moms garage and wouldn't go away. But this scheit is not going to end well. I'm about done. I'm going to break.

Yes I plan on arming myself when my tax return gets deposited. He sees me as his source for his vodka even though the store is only a 10 minute walk away. Drug addicts get very unstable and unpredictable when they can't get their fix.

Would like to do that but I do t think it's a good idea. He lives down stairs from me. It's basically like I'm in the same house as this guy. He hears my truck coming and he hears me locking my door and walking down the stairs. I have nowhere to hide. I wanted to rent a carpet cleaner and do some cleaning today after my shower but I can't even leave now. I really need to take my trash out but I can't.

Good luck op. I used to get this chit all the time. Would never say no but some people pick up on that and then use it against you until you stand up for yourself. Used to have s guy I work with that would want rides all the time after work and knows I wouldn’t say no. Then after constantly giving this guy rides I just said fuk it and told him to fuk off I’m not driving anybody anymore and he stopped. Until you stand up for yourself these people will never stop and this dude knows that you won’t do chit. If you don’t learn to stand up for yourself now, without booze or drugs, you’ll continue running into these people.
