u gonna do a triathlon OP?
tell you what, if you can swim even moderately OK (and a 35:00 1600 is moderately okay) you can clean up, most people who compete in local tries can't swim for chit.

I ran a 550 mile today after a few months of LISS training 3x a week. Any chance I can break 5 in the future?

Best of luck to you. I've had to neglect a lot of my lifting to work on cardio (prepping for OCS). Down to a 6:40 mile now but would like to see that down another minute. I've made large improvements in my times just off of doing 20 rounds of 60/120s and 8x400s, then a 3 mile TT every two weeks or so. Losing weight has helped a ton too.
