Squats kill my workouts, when to do them?

Hi!

I do a two days in a week fullbody workout because I don't have more free days to workout.

My problem is that a want to add exercises to my workout, but after squating I get so exhausted that I don't have the will/motivation to do more exercises.

My workout is:

OHP 5 set
Squat 3 set
Weighted Chinup 5 set

Yes, it looks a bit little but I think it covers the basics, and I had gains so far...
Recently my progress slowed down, so I thought it would be good to add some new exercises (dip, DL, BOR, lunge) and reduce the volume a bit from the core exercises.

Would it be safe to do squats last?
I feel I need to do an exercise twice a week to progress.
Or on a "intermediat" level a split would be better?
Stats:
OHP 0,75BW 5RM
Front Squat 1,5BW 1RM
Deadlift 2,1BW 1RM

You either do them once a week or continue hitting them the way you want to but do them FIRST. before anything else.
Second by second, you lose the opportunity of becoming the person you want to be.

Hi!

But my main problem is that I feel I will die after squating.
I can do chinups after that, I do 5x5, but I can't imagine that I do dips and lunges after that with good form.

What are your rest periods like ?

If you’re squatting for strength or power purposes ie low reps , you should be resting more than the usual 1-2 mins between sets. Try to rest 3 minutes between each squat set & when all squat sets are over take a 5 minute rest before proceeding to the next exercise.

Also. Because squats / deads are usually very demanding to the CNS, try to take in some intra workout forumula in the form of electrolytes or BCAAs

Well, I'm already resting 4 mintus between sets XD
I'm squating 3X10. Maybe I try out doing 5X5 sometimes.

Good effort, sounds like you are working those squats *"*@ hard, maybe though you need to ease back a little bit for a while and focus on quality especially if it is causing a problem at the moment.

When you say 3 sets of squats, 3 sets of what? 3*5 or 3*12 or what?

are you going to failure? If so you should leave 1-2 reps in the tank for each set.

if not, you might want to rest a bit longer, maybe 5-6 minutes

it that doesn't work, you need to get your conditioning up because at that point it is really chit

I do 3x10 squats and yes it is tiring as a mofo but I can still do the rest of my workout just fine.

Maybe you need to stop being part of the baf sleep and nutrition crew...

Also bw multipliers, while good for certian things, mainly powerlifting. Just focus on add more and more weight to the bar when you can.

Tbh my best gains in size and strength came when i stopped chasing PRs and just lifted to have fun.
