Got a sweet little duffle bag that I keep my; water bottle, dip belt, bands, straps, chalk, deadlift shoes, gymnastic rings, ab wheel, bench matt (f*cking slippy commercial gym benches), speed rope. So yeah a bunch of sh*t, not to mention my phone and keys.

No I don't need it all the time but I don't want to have to walk all the way to the locker every time I want something, my gym lockers are through several doors and up 2 flights of stairs.

theres a difference between looking at people and judging them. What you are doing is called "being an ass hole"

Criticizing people for carrying a bag around...are you kidding me. Before you say "Im not judging" go back and look at your OP. WTF this and WTF that, mind your business, stop caring, and go play on instagram or compose another spotify playlist, if you're that bored.

I look at everybody, at random times, but Im not judging them by the normal actions they are taking during their gym session.

You seem like the type that would get cranky if someone just finished a hellish set and sat up to rest for 2 minutes. Complaining that hes on his phone during his rest and that hes slowing you down.

You've just reminded me of thebest chest supersets I've ever done. When you're next in, go heavy on incline, followed immediately by lighter reps of 12+ on decline. You'll cry srs and I'm not kidding in saying your tits will be bigger than DD's

it gets problematic when it gets busy... duffel bags beside workout areas, cmon brah i dont want to drop something on it. but if u need the stuff and have to carry it why not? i know some gyms only let small stringer bags in, such as the uni gym.

so annoying when people have their bags laying around on the gym floor.

The worst though is when someone leaves their towel on a bench while they are doing something else, like they've reserved the bench to come back to or some sht

dude it takes like 2 seconds to take something out of the bag. which is like .0001% of the time they are at the gym. Of course you arent watching them at the exact moment they open the bag lol. Youd have to watch them the entire time to know 100% what they are doing with the bag.

Just worry about yourself at the gym man

there is one guy at my big commercial gym that carries a duffle bag during his workouts. i dont judge him or anyone else i see there. but the one time i peaked inside (he leaves it unzipped and fully open for all to see) it was full of supps. like 5lbs on ON whey protein, preworkout, bcaa, vitamins and other bottles. i can understand you need those things but do you really need them on you every second in the gym? i could care less really, he keeps the duffle in his personal space. so at least hes cool about it.

Weighted dips = one of my favorite accessories so yeh carrying a bag makes it worth it.

I carry this around my gallon jug. Holds my phone, Keys, Wrist wraps (Added a carabiner as well on it), Smelling salts, Headphones. I also have a small string bag if I have to bring any extra stuff. Otherwise if its lower days I just wear my knee sleeves on my calves until I need them. Other hand carries my belt if I need it for that day.

Smelling salts? That's the first time I've heard this. Do you get looks like people think you're taking a little sniff of something else between sets if ya catch my drift?

Otherwise I don't like anything in my pocket and its a good place to keep my hoodie, belt, straps, keys, wallet and water bottle.

I just recently got them a few weeks ago for chits and giggles to see if it was 'hyped' up to what some people claim it does.

Not really impressive. Its definitely useful when I workout in the AM and my caffeine tolerant a$$ isn't quite awake yet. Gives you that sweet kick of in the face for a little bit.

I've had a few looks. Especially from the campus gym I go to which is full of like 99% non lifters and cardio bunnys, but idgaf bout them

That's just a quick google. I didn't bother doing anymore. Your as likely to get shot in a gym as a school or movie theatre. Plus I'm a cop so I always have to carry.

It could happen anywhere.

You're likely to get shot at any given moment of the day.

But still makes a point of carrying which is why I do majority of the time.
