Never had an issue with frozen berry mixes. That being said I don’t even use fruit in my shakes anymore. Just oats peanut butter milk protein powder

not bad.

I assume you're not aware then that only like 15% of your cholesterol comes from your diet. You could eat 6 eggs a day, would hardly affect your total cholesterol levels. And cholesterol is required to create testosterone.

Enjoy your hemp hearts for breakfast brah, sure they are cheap and taste great like eggs.

Eating cholesterol doesn't correlate to an increase in blood cholesterol for most people. I ate 5 eggs per day for 3 months straight last year, and had my cholesterol tested and it was the lowest it's ever been.

In the same sentence you managed to directly contradict yourself.

Do you not see the issue here? You know your body produces its own cholesterol, then you somehow assert that you need to eat cholesterol to make test. LOL

Weird then, how ONLY vegans have total cholesterol under 150 (the only cholesterol levels that prevents heart disease, with ANY total cholesterol over 150 advancing atherosclerosis).

I'm asserting that you shouldn't avoid cholesterol, even if it's with potato logic that is nutritionally inaccurate.

Categorically not true. But im sure if you keep jerking off to keto and paleo videos, one day it may be true. The official scientific consensus at this moment in time is that eating dietary cholesterol raises serum cholesterol. Because there is a mountain of evidence supporting it. We literally know the mechanism through which that happens. You're arguing against proven science because "feels". You're doing the equivalent of arguing the earth is flat.

lmao. OK... scientific consensus huh?

btw serum cholesterol =/= cardiovascular disease.

Dietary cholesterol and cardiovascular disease: a systematic review and meta-analysis
The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, Volume 102, Issue 2, 1 August 2015, Pages 276–294

Forty studies (17 cohorts in 19 publications with 361,923 subjects and 19 trials in 21 publications with 632 subjects) published between 1979 and 2013 were eligible for review. Dietary cholesterol was not statistically significantly associated with any coronary artery disease or hemorrhagic stroke
https://academic.oup.com/ajcn/article/102/2/276/4564504

Your sources were most likely included in the meta-analysis, btw. The scientific consensus is that they are all so scattered and not directly reviewing CVD that they're useless.
Reviewed studies were heterogeneous and lacked the methodologic rigor to draw any conclusions regarding the effects of dietary cholesterol on CVD risk. Carefully adjusted and well-conducted cohort studies would be useful to identify the relative effects of dietary cholesterol on CVD risk.
