What do health conscious adults eat for breakfast???

I was having yogurt, cereal, eggs, and OJ

aka sugar bomb

Wife has a berry and spinach smoothie.

Considering changing my breakfast routine to smoothies as well.

Black/Blue/Raspberries, strawberry, banana, protonz, yucky spinach, mixed w/ water

Boring as fuk but seems to be the most healthy out of all my options.

inb4 oatmeal

Oatmeal and raisins. Occasionally I have a bit of honey in there. Boring but it fills me up and is healthy.

pissening

Def going to hop on the smoothie train, winter is almost over so it wont be freezing when I wake up, think that's why I didn't want to start over the holidays when I bought my wife a blender for Christmas.

Will have to get a big to-go smoothie cup because I hate eating right after I wake up, no appetite.

I thought about that too but my lunch break is early on at 11:30am so I can go 3-4 hours with a banana in between to hold myself over.

Would do smoothies more often if buying frozen fruit didn't all result in the same gross taste. Have tried a lot of different mixes but they all end up with the same sour/bitter flavor that doesn't really taste like the fruit it's supposed to be.

I'll freeze bananas, but that's about it.
