Stefi is an absolute monster, and anyone who denies it is a coping *******.

Got a VIP pass to The Cage in 2015 and it was an experience for sure. Those guys are fukn inhuman strong. Watched Derek Kendall seated military press 405x14 and 500x1, Tom Kallas squat 800 at 180ish, and a bunch of other ridiculous chit. Plus, I got to go to a lifting event with the Animal crew afterwards. Awesome to pick the brains of guys like Richard Hawthorne, Grant Higa, and Brandon Lilly.

Woolam’s pull, while impressive, was definitely iffy. Actually, not even iffy. He didn’t even lock it out. Granted, I know this isn’t a sanctioned meet or anything, but still. Dude’s knees were wobbly as a newborn giraffe at the top of it.

Idk what's sadder the fact that you're bragging out benching more than a girl or the fact that you weigh 135lbs
