Glow isn't exactly a scientific term, but if you're asking what attracts men, especially older men, then it's both.

On the biological level, it has to do with fertility, especially because humans are somewhat monogamous and form long-term relationships by nature. Other apes such as chimps, bonobos, and gorillas don't care about a female's age because they're polygamous. A human male, on the other hand, may form a long monogamous attachment with just woman, so it's important that she has many fertile years ahead of her in order to maximize the number of children. Of course, this happens at more a biological and instinctual level rather than a conscious one, which is why many gay men are still attracted to youth, even teenage boys. Sure, on a conscious level, fertility is no longer an issue, but the instinctual preference for youth is there regardless.

So yes, "glow" exists in men as well, but only from the viewpoint of gay men. You can even say that glow itself, at least as it's usually defined on the misc, is something that only exists from the subjective sexual viewpoint of men. As far as most women are concerned, men don't have glow, which is why women usually end up with men anywhere from 2 to 15 years older than them. This is why women have trouble understanding this concept, because it's not something that you ever feel.

Not sure if it's glow, but there is definitely something about the face of a younger guy (under 30) that I just find way more attractive. The boyishness....I like.
