Even when dumbell pressing he have a sick arch. Whats even the point of doing it incline if you're arching like that?
lmao at him showing off by incline benching 100s..... for 11 reps......

i max out at "only" 335 and can incline 100s for 8-9 depending on how much volume of flat i hit that day.

but then again i bring the bar to my chest, not my chest to the bar

He's perfectly technically proficient. for his sport, powerlifting, it is maximizing his leverages to the best of his ability. It is extremely impressive.

He competes in POWERLIFTING not bodybuilding. So hold him to a powerlifting standard, not some arbitrary set of rules (herp derp doesn't count if his back isn't flat).

Wrong. He's benched 405 before more or less flat backed just to prove the point before.

The weightbouncesis launched off his chest via motion of leg driving his feet through the floor, thus pivoting the fulcrum that is his pelvis (ass on the bench) thrusting his spine towards the back of the bench stopped by his upper traps being stuck into the top of the bench causing his spine to arch violently as the force meets in the middle of the arch (his chest), it's moving at 80MPH before he even starts pressign with his arms. I get it hes a "power" lmfao "lifter". Such power. It should be called torque lifting.

Oly lifting can be transferred into real world applications far more realistically then some of these "power" lifting moves. I can respect the FK out of that guys pause squat alpha as fk true power, or a deadlift. There is no cheating it for the most part, the weight is on the ground now bring it up. Perhaps if they had a new type of deadlifting comp where the bar has to reach a minimum height off the floor relative to the competitors limb lengths. I'm not sure how to "fix" it some will say it's not broken. I say it could be improved. How I'm not sure. Maybe that's what strongman is for.

Crazy arch but legal for powerlifting comps. Funny thing is most people don't have that flexibility and even with a flat back he'd outbench 95% of the miscers here.

I don't know who this guy is, if he's a powerlifter or what, but regardless he shouldn't be let anywhere near a gym with that form. Anyone that benches like that is a huge ****ing pussy and should be tossed out the front door. The dumbass should be ashamed that **** video is on instagram with millions of people making fun of it. You can tell that he doesn't have nearly the mass to push much over 225. Tiny ass legs, small arms and upper body. It's all about some lame cheat technique to kind of do a press. One day that stupid arch will result in the barbell falling on his face and either choking him out or breaking his jaw.

I never said he was not strong. It's like HBB 7/10 + makeup = 9/10. They are hot but not 9/10. He can lift lots of weight, but even more in a specific way for 3 inches. Cool story.

Wow, lots of ****s on here making excuses for godawful form/cheat reps. The guy in this video shouldn't be let anywhere near a weight bench until he learns proper form.

He's legit not strong. Like someone on IG posted, he has literally noob amounts of muscle mass in his arms and legs. He probably has all kinds of crazy cheat techniques to perform certain lifts, but the reality is that he has very little actual muscle mass = legit not strong.

You sound retarded with that logic, just stop. He squats super wide and has squatted over 600 in competition. And if you say squatting wide is cheating or easier I will know for a fact you're actually retarded.

Lol at best 18" arms with a huge pump. He is not muscular. That is average regular gymgoer size with a pump. And I really don't care what his numbers are because obviously he has no issue doing cheat reps to hit a number. Numbers mean nothing if you're doing total nonsense like a ****ing 90 degree arch in your back, complete waste of time.
