Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

How anyone could be a legit bodybuilder/powerlifter and not laugh at this guy's form is astonishing to me. The guy is a complete joke and shouldn't be let anywhere near a weight bench with that bull****.

And to be fair, anyone with average genetics could get to the size of the guy in the IG video with 2-3 years of decent lifting. So to put this guy in anything other than an avg to slightly above avg cheat lifter category is ridiculous.

These threads are the best. They quickly expose those that have no clue about certain areas of a hobby and others that are just weak in general. The entire topic has been beaten into the ground and when something like lifting was made a competition then it opens the door for doing things within the rules and still completing a lift. I cannot do what that kid does and I’m 40 lbs heavier...shrug. I think people get too angry over it.

It is extremely impressive.
He competes in POWERLIFTING not bodybuilding. So hold him to a powerlifting standard, not some arbitrary set of rules (herp derp doesn't count if his back isn't flat).

There are several things in the hobby that people don’t like but we are also not the ones to determine what is ok or not. Like the girl that deadlifted 545 sumo with straps at like 125 lbs...I was waiting for videos of dudes strapping up and doing 250 more than their max pull simply by changing where their feet are and adding straps. IG should be littered with 180 lbs guys easily breaking the floor with 800 lbs but I can’t find them...
[img]https://i.imgur.com/4er4sRs.gif[/mg]
Fixed my post and removed the poor choice of the word "bouncing"
The weightbouncesis launched off his chest via motion of leg driving his feet through the floor, thus pivoting the fulcrum that is his pelvis (ass on the bench) thrusting his spine towards the back of the bench stopped by his upper traps being stuck into the top of the bench causing his spine to arch violently as the force meets in the middle of the arch (his chest), it's moving at 80MPH before he even starts pressign with his arms. I get it hes a "power" lmfao "lifter". Such power. It should be called torque lifting.
I could have worded the picture better but at this point idgaf. You either get it or you never will.

Yeah the funny thing is that the people on this forum mocking some 5 foot woman for deadlifting a lot or whatever are never putting up those numbers themselves.
The way it goes should be "their form sucks, here's me lifting/pulling/pushing the same amount, this is how it's done" ,NOT, "their form sucks, the lift doesn't count".
At the end of the day my question is: why cope if you're not even in competition with these people? If you are and believe their form violates competition rules, report that. If you're not in competition...let them do wtf they want, and focus on yourself.

ITT: People bashing someone who is considerably stronger than them regardless of his form. Really shouldn't even be a question, try arching as much as you can and then bench with your index finger on the ring of a power bar. Guarantee none of you guys will be able to come close to your max, however low it is.
