How do I throw the ultimate party?

My friend's birthday is on Friday and I'm throwing a party for her in her apartment. It's the last big one (probably) before graduation so I want to make it a good one.

Here's the situation: Her friend usually throws shindigs or whatever for her, but I suspect they are continuously lame. People have been leaving them, and not saying good things about them. So... I offered to step up and do it for her instead.

Misc, how should I plan this party? What should I have at it, and what kinds of special entertainment should I include?

Things I'm already thinking of bringing/doing:

-Alcohol
-Spotify playlist of some cool songs, I guess
-Dessert tray (haven't decided what I should make yet)

Maybe's:
-Cards Against Humanity (Idk about this one, it usually gets boring for me after like 20 minutes)

Will exchange my measly 3k reps for solid tips

No need to get fancy, these are the musts. Lots of good food and alcohol. Also some soda and water. Good music. Make sure the people she cares about most are invited.

I'm meh on Cards Against Humanity. It's fun but it gets old quickly. Is there room for a long table for flip cup? Beer pong?

Get a keg, get some bottles with chasers, get 4 of those variety packs of chips and leave in the corner. Tons of cups, tables for beer pong/flip cup, good speakers, good tunes (this is crucial so have someone else do it, you don’t seem confident), good ratio of guys to girls- get those invites out ASAP. Oh and I guess some drugs if you’re into that

Well, since you don't have much time, I'd say pizza is always good. Sub tray? Chips and pretzels to munch on. For my ex's 40th I threw him a surprise party. Had the usual chips and pretzels, buffalo chicken dip, prob some other dips, tomato pie and a bunch of other stuff I can't even remember. Desserts were brownies, mini cheesecakes and birthday cake of course. Tons of beer, lemonade with sweet tea vodka, etc.

Make a concoction consisting of a bottle of vodka (or white rum) and a bunch of juice. Mix into a massive bowl and have a ladle and cups ready to go. Porch crawler.

Or make strong jello shots (bishes love these).

Or buy a few bottles and set up a table at the entrance and make everyone who enters take two shots.

Any or all of that should get the night going ^
