Stomach hurts badly, freezing, body aches, high af temperature. I need this **** over with by 6 hours. Tell me how to will this away

My real life isn’t attached to an electronic device. This place, however much I like the people and dislike some others- is not real. I could stop posting tomorrow and no one would have a second thought about me and I probably wouldn’t have a second thought about anyone that posts here. I do keep in touch with some miscers, so I shouldn’t say that I wouldn’t give anyone a second thought but they’re exceptions.
