#1 is just skinny fat but #2 has decent amount of lean mass on him. At 5'9", 170+ lbs of lean muscle is not easy to attain for average gym goers.

I think a shredded lightweight and a powerlifter with 15-20% BF both spent almost substantial amount of effort and dedication to achieve where they are now. Both of them can be respectable depending on their stats. They just have different objectives. But both of them is better than average fat fuk who doesn't watch his diet and workout.
I guess if you consider that your average person is 20-45% BF. Most "powerlifters" are well over 15% BF though, especially those fat dudes in most gyms who lift heavy and call themselves "big". 5'9 200lbs at 15% Bf is about as natty as Graham crackers. I have known super fat slobs who hit the gym up 3 times a week and lift heavy. That is why I said that it doesn't take much. Discipline is in the diet.

You'll also notice their endurance and conditioning is complete ****. Ok cool you can squat 495lbs for 2 reps, so now let me see 185lb squats for 30 reps. That's why strongman and bodybuilding are two different types of competitions

That's the main reason why 15%BF should be respectable at this age of humanity brah.

Most autists worship hollywood actors and celebrities. Once you start lifting you realize:

1. Channing tatum does not have a respectable physique - complete ottermode
2. Kim Kardashians ass to hamstring ratio is ridiculous

Dang went and googled some physique pics of channing tatum, he is indeed ottermode. wow wtf never realized, although never really paid attention to it either. Maybe like a couple pics with good angles/lighting where he looks pretty big but in general, nah.

2018 is the worst year of little guys that think they are big. As far as Im concerned, all you need is a vein in your bicep and you can walk around with invisible lat syndrome, mean mugging everyone. I mean, thats what most of those idiotic 16-25 year olds do a majority of the time.

Lol, aiight.

Thought I had stumbled upon the holy grail of natty knowledge. Have bulked up to 218 once, but pretty much all of the extra weight above 205 was fat/bloat.
