Why do people like pepperoni pizza? (Srs)

It’s so Fckn boring. Whenever I see someone order a pepperoni pizza I can literally tell that they only like lights off, missionairy with a condom on.

Why not get meat lovers which has pepperoni and 4 other meats on it, or literally anything else. I’d rather Hawaiian.

A good pepperoni (dry, crispy meat that has a bit of crunch to it vs soggy, rancid chit) on a thin, Italian style base is always a winner for me.

Multiple toppings has good flavor but pizza becomes soggy and unstable. 1-2toppings is ideal to maintain proper thin crunch on bottom, very thin soft dough with perfect amount of sauce/cheese/topping. It’s a balance.

I have this pizza shop near me that has 9 grain crust

Chits so good; best pizza ive ever had. Better than nyc

Have had their meatlovers but its honestly too many flavors. Detracts from the crust and sauce flavor

Just pepperoni is the perfect balance

That's the key right there. The meat toppings need to be on top so they actually cook and get the right level of browning. I specifically request this when I order pizza. Boggles my mind that people who make pies all day everyday haven't figured out on their own that when you throw vegetables on top of the meat it doest cook. It's gross.
