Lmao, you assume correct, not that kind of party. I had a huge wedding, 400 ppl, you would have liked it, my wife and I and a few close friends left the guests there for a bit and part of the place where we had the reception at had a big arcade we played at and a few rides with a small rollercoaster thing we went on before returning to the reception. Your brother must love her a lot to take on a responsibility like that, good for him. Ya, I’m going to hit the sack too, been sleeping like crap lately also. Stay positive brother, catch you later.

I haven’t played hockey in so long, probably at least 2 years ago and that was just street hockey with friends, at least it was with mostly guys that were a few years younger than me and I was still as quick as they were so I’m happy just with that, lol. Scored a goal or two also, I hope we get a group together to play again this year. The past couple years we had a volleyball tournament, really fun, friend puts his own music on through the outside speakers, it’s held behind a bar so you can order food and drinks if you want and was just perfect weather both times, if we had a couple different ppl on our team we probably would have won the tournament.

I bought me a movie in 4K/blu ray yesterday, it was "Ferdinand"!

Watched it with my daughter.

We also watched the movie "Wonder".

I turned my phone off while watching them with her and afterward i found 23 missed texts and calls from the ex wondering where I was with our daughter and to respond. So Yeah we were going to put the disc "It" in next but replied to the ex first, then the ex told me not to cause it's inappropriate for a kid. So I told the daughter that "Hey your mom don't want us to watch "It" sorry." She then said, "Oh well daddy she'll just have to get over it!!!!"



.... of course it's one of those things you all would have to be there for to understand how funny it was.

this week is pretty good so far. Jamanji (sp?) with Rock and Jack Black coming on 4K/blu ray next week, I'll be getting that for me and the daughters movie night then.

No worries, if the worst thing I’ve ever done is be too friendly then they have nothing on me anyways. I don’t have anything to feel guilty about, I don’t WK anymore, I don’t say anything creepy even just joking around, and I don’t/won’t PM with any females anymore. It’s a shame everyone has kind of ruined that for me by portraying me as someone I am not but if I have to prove everyone wrong then that’s fine, that is something I excel at. I get plenty of attention IRL so I don’t really need to get it from here and I should spend less time here anyways.

I’ve been on vacation in Maine this week. Shooting guns, spending time with family. Reconnecting with my step sister I haven’t seen in over 25 years. It’s cold as fuk with a couple feet of snow. But been shooting guns in the woods. Fukking Merica! No time to misc this week.

So Ronnie Coleman endured multiple surgeries, was wheelchair bound, bedridden and cannot walk right because of genetics and not his constant physical enhancements and pushing himself to squat retarded numbers (one time I think broke his back during a squat but finished the workout in pain then went to ER). He is still lifting to this very month to keep his muscles from diminishing even more than they have all while trying to protect his back.

But claims it's genetics and that all the old timers in his family cannot walk and their mobility takes a huge hit after 50?

Feels bad 8x Mr. Olympia.

Only regret he said he has is squatting 800+ lbs twice, instead of for 4 reps.

Pretty big price to pay just for lifting some heavy weight but that was/is his passion in life so you gotta give it to him for not giving up.

I was just learning about this this year, about Coleman who I stopped following for a long time. EVen though I did try his diet a few times as I loved those foods he'd eat daily: Grits, corn, fries, red beans & rice, cornbread. It was just said to hear, but admire his dedication. WRestler Scott Steiner too believes in being as big as possible at all times and insisted on hitting the gym on his honeymoon. He of course is disproportioned due to not being able to train legs well enough because of injuries.

There's a lot more to admire about Coleman tho. Although IIRC Lee Priest would give him crap because he was a police officer and yet consumed stuff that made him a cheater while not being honest about it whereas Lee claimed he always was open and honest.

Interdasting, speaking of getting as big as possible, I gotta hit the gym today. I remember we both still went to the gym at the hotel on our honeymoon, it’s one of my favourite memories actually. Have a good day man, hope all is well.
