no charges right? just arrested? I mean he shouldn't have even gotten arrested for protecting himself but im guessing they will let him go after they do some looking around. unless they are cucks and actually do press charges and the dude ends up serving for it.

The old man has been arrested but not actually charged with murder, it is an ongoing investigation. The police have to look at the evidence and make sure it was a burglary and self defence, they can't just accept his version of events without investigating what happened lol.

If the events as reported are true, then this case probably won't even make it to court and the old man will rightly be considered a hero by the British public.
