Also the idea that creepy=ugly is becoming more mainstream, so guys who feel like they aren't 10s don't talk to girls they don't know anymore.

Yes, because a city where you have to have a roommate until you are 40 sounds amazing.

Being able to afford a decent place alone factors into reasonable quality of living. Say what you want about the positives of NYC, no one can call it reasonable.

You need to make like 70 or 100 times the rent in a lot of places. I can't currently see myself making that much until I am 40. Right now I pay half my rent and my father pays the rest.

I'm just saying there are other nice cities where a 1 bed is a lot more affordable than NYC.
