Didn't notice it at the time but in retrospect, it was seismic. Especially bcz I'm so tall already but crowds would just part, people staring up in awe. When I was at my prime, in college at the gym people wouldn't even try to hide their stares. The freshmen girls would shamelessly watch in awe. One time, a chick called her friends over and pointed them at me and they watched me finish my deadlift set together. On spring break at the resort, chicks would see me at the bar and be like "wait, were you the guy wearing the american flag bathing suit?" And then I would get laid. Period.

Everything was better. Nobody would say a negative thing about me. The amount of backhanded flattering comments made was staggering. One time with friends I was talking about a girl I dated and then, without meaning anything by it, said that I had dated a few other girls since her. The female in the room goes "I don't doubt it.." just acknolweding how much of a coxsman I was.

I highly recommend it.

you get more approach from chicks if you're wearing a nice slim fit shirt, or tank top. If getting leaner noticeably makes your jaw/cheeks more pronounced then that can help too. At the beach you'll definitely get approached.

but the main thing it does is help you lock down a chick after getting acquainted. Chicks view a ripped healthy bod as a big positive, it's just a straight up sex symbol and is generally associated with taking care of yourself and longevity.

I personally have more confidence knowing I've got a body that she will enjoy looking at/feeling/admiring in bed, and that confidence comes across in conversation and is a big plus as long as it doesn't come across as too cocky

At my peak when i was shredded and tanned there is one memory that stands out the most. I was in a bar/club and a bachelorette party came in. It wasnt wall to wall packed but there were plenty of people there. I hear one of them say hes hot and take her phone out to snap a pic. I glance over and they start giggling and pretending to do something else.

Another time i was in a toxic very bad relationship with another crazy woman and this time we agreed we shouldnt be together but we can have one last bang. Im at the bar again minding my own business when this drunk good looking 27 year old comes over and starts hitting on me, tells me shes not wearing any panties, tells me im hot, end up taking her home, she forces me to pull over so she can suck my d etc. Didnt end up having a last bangout with the crazy ex which is for the better. She was like if cersei, the red witch and one of the boltons were mixed into one woman.

Cliffs: Just put in the work and get to that point OP.

if you're aesthetic, making a decent amount of money, sociable, and fun to talk to she will literally dream of popping out babies with you

Being aesthetic is awesome, and any attractive person who says otherwise has zero perspective.

I was an Abercrombie model for about 9 months in college. I’m 6′0, broad shouldered, athletic, and I’ve got a handsome but generic profile - a few times a week people tell me I look like a particular actor (often Finnick Odair from Hunger Games).

Many studies point to the effect attractiveness has on all interpersonal relations: romantic, as most would expect, but also social and professional.

The most important, always, is girls. It’s great because they’ll try hard to meet you. It’s kind of adorable - they’ll loiter hoping you notice, they’ll try to ‘accidentally’ meet you, they’ll try to be sultry and it’ll come off goofy, but you want to get with them anyway because they’re cute. I live for girls, so I thank my lucky stars every day for the looks. But socially people treat you better and it’s easier to get your way. Professionally, I feel like by dressing well, speaking with authority and “looking the part,” I get a lot more gravitas than I deserve.

There are some downsides: multiple boyfriends have threatened to kill me. Also, I’m incredibly vain - I started losing my pubic hair and I’m more worried about that than the death threats, which is messed up.

But do you want to know a secret?

Men get far more mileage from social status than from physical attractiveness. It sounds like feel-goodism but it’s not. Women like good looks but are hyper-attuned to social status. Ever hear girls talking about male models? No. They go for rock stars, rich guys, famous guys, etc. many of whom aren’t particularly good looking. Jack Nicholson probably has more notches than anybody on earth right now. Look at Kate Moss’s rocker boyfriend Pete Doherty.

Even if you don’t want to play the status game, men also have more latitude in being attractive. Be confident and charismatic. Work out a lot, buy better clothes, get a nice haircut. Have an interesting life. Most girls, if shown that description, would be interested in meeting a guy like that.

It's alright, my pride derives from the 2 PHDs I hold. Mods can't take that because they can't own it.

Given that my PhD work was in Human Factors Engineering in Interface Design and Workflow Optimization, yes it is something that I use every day for confidence.

School is important for providing base theory, but 4 years of college, 2 years of graduate school and 4 years of my PhD work is 10 years out of 12 years. So, I learned about 20% of what was important from school and the other 80% was from learning by doing.

Girls wants to be with you, Guys want to be you.

Since the average population doesn't lift you stick out like a sore thumb. Everyone looks and stares. girls will stare and do double takes. The ones with boyfriends will stare at you and try not to get caught by they always do. Its like when your with a girlfriend and you see a hot chick and try not to look but you do and get caught. Girls have smiled at me when there boyfriends aren't around. But when they show up they act all breezy.

When you take your shirt off in the bedroom and they are in awe and they just want to feel your muscles and rub you all over. constant compliments from guys and girls. respect. admiration.

So yeah.. get aesthetic. Life's to short to dance with fat chicks.

I rarely take my shirt off so IDK. Girls do admire when I wear tank tops. Can't always wear tank tops around public tho without looking like a try hard.

Not big enough in clothes =(

Guys do double takes when they see you
People say sorry for no reason to you way more.
Like you wash through a doorway and someone is behind it they will just be like oh sorry
Girls smile at you or sing for no reason etc
Catch girls staring then they look at after too late after you randomly catch them
People make up excuses to talk to you if you're dressed in a way that looks approachable.
If you're dressed nice people are way more nice to you and respectful to you than when you're chubby.
If you're dressed in bum clothes people are more scared of you than if you're chubby
Drunk girls are way more forward. Will talk to you and just put their hand on your chest.
Women at work would just openly agree on how they'd let me fuk them while I'm standing right there
Some women flirt just to get flirt attention back from you, like a self validation thing.
Super obese women seem preemptively not to like you unless you talk to them and they see you're being nice to them.
Non lifter *******s talk to you about whey protein and how it didn't do anything but now they bought "anabolic whey protein" and will be ripped once they start taking it.
Girls will sit next to you on bus train coach etc even when there are loads of empty seats
Women will talk to you about "real" men and bring up their boyfriend or someone else and try to laugh at them with you (mindfuked me at first)

I've experienced both sides of the spectrum from really fat to lean with muscle. My face and belly get fattest when I'm fat, so when I'm lean my face looks totally different.
The difference in how people treat me is day and night.
I'm 35 but last time I was super lean with muscles was a few years ago

Attention and looks from everyone. Its like being an attractive female, you suddenly gain the power and the dynamic switches. I got approached constantly, never had to initiate, never had to text first. Had girls add me on ******** all the time, discounts from fast food places if the cashier liked me. You can generally get your way, just gotta sort of give them.that look of approval like theyre good enough and they eat it up and do whatever you say. You can basically sexually manipulate women in social situations. In personal relationships women generally fall a lot harder for you than you do for them which can backfire and lead to some pretty messy break ups especially. Works the opposite way with men, theyre either super nice to you or ask you about your physique or theyre a passive agressive piece of chit.

Overall after being really unaesthetic and becoming aesthetic it was like flipping a switch and it red pilled me pretty damn hard. Kind of made me bitter and i resented the attention until i learned how to work it to my advantage. For the most part i wear a hoodie everywhere now because it loses the novelty.

You would think the biggest thing you notice would be how others treat you but for me its not. Comparing being aesthetic to not aesthetic is like going from what feels like dressing like a hobo everyday to someone who is legit. Its not even about impressing other people, you just feel good.

Nothing really happens, at the end of the day you get a stare or two..perhaps a head turn.. But being aesthetic doesn't mean you're a celebrity lmao. All these losers are bsing you.

Day to day life doesnt change much although feel like you get treated better and people respect you more

people you know always reference it in conversations with you and make a big deal whenever you eat a cake or whatever

Clubbing girls wanna fuk you, guys wanna fight you

Get stares and guys wanting to talk to you in the gym

At the beach you get a bunch of stares
