it's a status thing for a woman to be able to attract and keep a dude with an aesthetic body. Her friends are gonna be at least a little envious if they know she's getting railed on the regular by aesthetic chad and they aren't.
Some women say they don't want their dad-bod boyfriend to build muscle and get lean, and I think the main reason is because they know it's a desirable trait and they're scared he'll get more attention from women and possibly want to leave if she's not up to par.

If you are introverted its horrible beeing good looking. Everyone smiles at you or wants your attention and if you look away or just ignore them they get offended.
Everything I post is trash.

Muscles dont matter that much compared to face. When you have that Brad or Chad facial aesthetics and look like you could be a movie star or Chad athlete that's when girls really look and try to flirt with you. Like every single girl and all the hot ones literally stare deep into your eyes and take double takes. Height helps a lot too.

i saw a very good looking dude yesterday, a chad by all misc standards. he wore a triple x hoodie, baggie jeans and some dumbass nascar hat. i was like damn, if this guy just didnt wear his grandpas clothes, we'd all bang him out. so clothes matter, but being in shape matters more. jonah hill wears a lot of nice clothes.

Whereas to guys a girl's hair is probably not that important. Just a nice bonus if she has nice hair but it's probably way down the list of what guys look for in girls.

It seems like you missed what the OP was about, its not comparing whats important to get girls its about how people in general treat you differently when in shape. The societal reaction to a ripped physique is very different to other attractive traits due to the aforementioned barriers to acquiring it

OBVIOUSLY face is important to be attracted to, but it's so subjective. Same with attractive build and a "good" personality.
I've been known to like big brawny men as well as fit guys my height and shorter. And even not fit guys. Lol. As long I'm attracted to them, I'll date em.
My standards more border on the personality side than the looks side. Loyalty, honesty, communication, not manipulative.......and that they dick me down real good. I know that last isn't a personality trait..... But meh.

I'm quasi-aesthetic for my age and have an alpha job with all dudes. What I do and don't eat is always noticed and commented on. It's pretty annoying. They ask for diet advice and what I do, but never do any of it. Besides that I'm married and my lifelong dream is to be a recluse, but the wifeys friends make nice comments which she tells me about. I'm also 14 years her senoir!!! keeps me young!

I mean nothing really happens because the majority of people don't care one way or another. Most aesthetics guys don't look like they lift with clothes on (I've done it before the twinks freak out) so people only really notice at the beach or if you do something douchey like take your shirt off to do cardio outside. The same as someone that's 200 plus and leaner...it's clear we lift in clothes and outside of maybe a "that person doesn't look like the rest of us" glance...no one cares.
I personally think the aesthetics lifestyle is miserable because you have to constantly do cardio, diet has to stay on point 99% of the time and it bred nothing to more narcissism.

When I was about 20 I got super ripped like 6 pack and was shirtless a lot for a class and girls loved it and I got laid a lot.
Few years later lifted a lot and no one cared until I was like 185. Constant comments from female friends and female strangers on how I had wide shoulders and they liked it. Onetime I walked in a store and this girl said mmm mmm looking good. I was nervous with girls though and didn’t capitalize.
Started to become dad bod and lost all attention. Weird thing is once I got fat woth a fat face and fat gut around 220lbs I started getting way more attention and approaches. Classmate sat next to me saying she just wanted to be near me lol. Dude I know had a crush on his co worker and was probably working angles fpr a few months, I met her one time and started dating and smashing lol. He was jelly. Guess some women like bloat lords
Now I’m getting closer to 200 woth almost 15 inch arms and a smaller gut and seem to get looks from gay guys that notice my muscles. Dudes are always checking me out and they stare so hard lol. Trying to lose all gut and be a solid 180lbs and think if focus on getting lean abs and bigger shoulders I’ll be pulling.
Had a one night stand and she told me that I clearly work out but she didn’t like my gut. She said “you can come in me” but never called me back after
One lesson I’ve learned is that training isn’t anywhere near as important as diet

I was an Abercrombie model for about 9 months in college. I’m 6′0, broad shouldered, athletic, and I’ve got a handsome but generic profile - a few times a week people tell me I look like a particular actor (often Finnick Odair from Hunger Games).
Many studies point to the effect attractiveness has on all interpersonal relations: romantic, as most would expect, but also social and professional.
The most important, always, is girls. It’s great because they’ll try hard to meet you. It’s kind of adorable - they’ll loiter hoping you notice, they’ll try to ‘accidentally’ meet you, they’ll try to be sultry and it’ll come off goofy, but you want to get with them anyway because they’re cute. I live for girls, so I thank my lucky stars every day for the looks. But socially people treat you better and it’s easier to get your way. Professionally, I feel like by dressing well, speaking with authority and “looking the part,” I get a lot more gravitas than I deserve.
There are some downsides: multiple boyfriends have threatened to kill me. Also, I’m incredibly vain - I started losing my pubic hair and I’m more worried about that than the death threats, which is messed up.
But do you want to know a secret?
Men get far more mileage from social status than from physical attractiveness. It sounds like feel-goodism but it’s not. Women like good looks but are hyper-attuned to social status. Ever hear girls talking about male models? No. They go for rock stars, rich guys, famous guys, etc. many of whom aren’t particularly good looking. Jack Nicholson probably has more notches than anybody on earth right now. Look at Kate Moss’s rocker boyfriend Pete Doherty.
Even if you don’t want to play the status game, men also have more latitude in being attractive. Be confident and charismatic. Work out a lot, buy better clothes, get a nice haircut. Have an interesting life. Most girls, if shown that description, would be interested in meeting a guy like that.
