So here we are some 36 hours later. Everyone was predicting WWIII. Has anything else happened rather than a tactical missile strike on a chemical facility?
From where I see it, this is no different to the tactical missile strike that occurred in retaliation to a chemical weapons strike last year.

2) if you are not aware, it may be useful to read up on the Petrodollar, and theorize why Gaddafi and Saddam were on the short list of things. Hint: trading oil for gold or other currency, rather than the dollar. Even if you aren't a game theorist or an army general, I'm sure you are able to draw some lines towards Iran and Syria.
3) inform yourself on the Petroyuan.
